It’s mall food so you can’t expect much. But they completely forgot about my order and gave me cold fries. They didn’t say sorry, didn’t offer anything for waiting over 20min. Won’t ever go back again.
I was horrified when I only want to grab two large sandwich then the cashier was looking for the receipt after I told them I purchased two large sandwich, she asked me “where is the receipt” she didn’t give me any receipt, I logged into my account right away and showed her that i paid for it already and it’s deducted from my account. She still insisted where is my receipt. Then I asked for someone’s help who speaks Spanish to translate what I want her to understand, and she still keep saying where is my receipt. This is beyond rude and such embarrassment for me. Please kindly hire employees who can at least understand universal language. I can’t believe how your employees treated me today. It is really embarrassing and I’m literally almost cry.
Ordered online for curbside, checked in and no one showed up. I called to ask about my food, no one answered and their voice message box was full. I went inside and they were closed (lights off and no one around). This was obviously within business hours too, very frustrating. Now I have to dispute the charge.
These guys are legit. This is the only option for mall food. Always fresh bread, always freshly grilled, fresh Veges, and made quick. All these 1 star reviews apparently hate their lives. Charley's customer 4 life here.
I was excited to try their cheesesteak and finally did so tonight. Got the largest one they offer and upon receiving it I noticed at least a 1/3 of the sandwich had no steak or cheese. The rest of the sandwich was reasonable in proportion but far from full of steak. For a $10 sandwich I was highly dissatisfied.
Ordered from here and was horrified at the people making everyone’s food. Luckily the gal making my sandwich had put clean gloves on and I watched her make my sandwich. When it was cooking on the grill thing, I noticed the guy next to her making a couple other sandwiches and to my disgust, he pulled out his phone with his gloved hand and started talking on it! He stood at the back talking and talking and then came back and touched the food with the gloved hand that touched his dirty phone! Should’ve took a photo of him but it was some Hispanic dude. Learn food safety!
I’m glad my sandwich wasn’t touched by him but still, that is wrong!
After that, I will never eat at this location again if I’m up here again!
I swear, this food court in this mall has sanitary issues because I’ve seen it at other places at the food stand.
Food was ok and the strawberry lemonade was refreshing but other than that, won’t go back to this location ever again!
I've only ever ordered you guys through doordash the food gets to me barely warm, but it's still the most fire Cheesesteak around
If you want the longest wait time in the food court, have them get your order wrong and get a greasy soggy mess, then Charleys is the place for you! Avoid at all costs everyone was on their phone, which is the reason everything was so bad…
