First time visiting Charley's Cheeseteaks, and it was good. The employee working was friendly. The Oreo Milkshake and the mozzarella sticks were great. The California chicken cheesesteak was kind of messy, felt lacking, and overall underwhelming. I would be interested in trying other cheesesteaks or options. Other than that, it was a good visit and would come again.
Welp tried it for the first time , really wanting a good cheesesteak but this wasn’t it. The meat is thin shaved, “Steakum” like to me. Not seasoning or such on it either. , had to request fresh fries as mine was cold coming out the 1st time. Tried a .6 piece teriyaki wings. Wasn’t impressed with those either. Very similar to Zaxbys supplier of wings. This is not a good cheesesteak IMO, I’ve had far better from folks that don’t even specialize in it
Ordered 1 small cheese&bacon fries ..delicious!
My small Philly cheese steak was tasteless paper thin meat layer and had dead lettuce (see photos) Sons small bacon steak was fine due to the bacon..
$25.75 won’t happen again.

Foods amazing! But the drive through lady with the red braids was extremely rude and impatient, she kept interrupting me every-time I tried to ask for additional on my sandwich and at the last minute when I said yes I heard her laughing. She just had a really negative attitude when I was polite and used manners. I hope not all of your workers are like this and don’t act like this to customers that don’t deserve it.
Carlos (Manager) was there to serve us and I just have to say that he was an amazing person to chat with. He was able to carry a conversation that lead the customer (Me) where it was fun to talk with him. His smile is awesome and just having an attitude toward customers. I would definitely give him a raise if anything. Try out the cookie & Cream Shake! It’s really good and would recommend it for you guys to try. Carlos recommended it lol.

Good cheesesteaks it ain't no Phillies but I'll settle for variation
Unbelievable don't know his name but he had dark hair and white skin and couldn't tell you much more than that because he refused to even turn around to look at us at the counter. He was so rude and unprofessional when trying to ask a question. At the time I was not going to order any food but I will tell you this I'm definitely not ever ordering any food from this location for sure now. Just at loss for words on how rude he was and he has now lost a future customer.
Very rude. Not friendly. They got my order wrong and I had to drive all the way back. They didn’t offer anything or even apologize. I used to love Charley’s and I was so happy they brought one to Jax Beach, but they need to replace everybody here. So disappointed at how terrible this location is.
