If I could possibly leave zero stars for this company I would. I initially spoke with someone who provided me with a quote and I reached back out through email and received no response. I contacted them again and was in communication with the owner who was very prompt in communicating back and even called me and got personal over the phone which I appreciated at the time. I booked them and put down a deposit and fast forward a little over a month out from our wedding date I have been emailing, calling, and even succumbed to text messaging as I was receiving zero response from anyone including the owner. I even drove to the business address in Google and nobody in the building had ever heard of this company and they were not actually located there. All I was looking to do was make adjustments to our vehicles according to their 30 day adjustment/cancellation policy as well as make a final payment. The owner even has text message “Read” turned on so the fact that a simple response was needed and nobody felt it to be important enough to communicate back to me we are forgoing any agreement to do business with this company. Our wedding planner assures us that this is a real company, so the fact that I am not victim to an actual scam and this business owner doesn’t feel it necessary to communicate back to his customers when they’re entire wedding day is relient on his services really says a lot. 0/10 would not recommend, DO NOT HIRE!
Jims company is stellar, and Jim is very personable. Was easy to get a hold of and on time. Vans were clean and comfortable. We used him twice during our trip for a golf outing and to get us to a dinner reservation. Would use him again if I ever return to the great city of Charleston!
Charleston Charm Services was the absolutely best service we could have asked for! It made our trip so much easier to coordinate, especially for a large group of 14 people. Jim was so helpful and easy to make plans with. I would recommend this service to anyone! Bachelor/Bachelorette groups should absolutely use this service for this charleston trip!
Charleston Charm is hands down the best transportation in the Holy City! I always stress about getting to and from the airport, but they make my travel less stressful and easy every single time. We used Charleston Charm for early morning transportation to the airport from a remote area of Charleston. The scheduling and communication process throughout was very convenient, with text messages providing updates and peace of mind that the car would arrive timely, which it did. Vehicle was clean and Jim was very professional.

Jim was great. He reached out right away upon my inquiry and turned around confirmation for my arranged ride from Sweetgrass Inn to Charleston Airport very quickly. This was especially reassuring after experiencing the sometimes challenging task to secure a ride off the island.
