I met one of my dearest friends at this salon because she treated me like family immediately and every time after. Before she or the others knew me, I came in without an appointment, and she came in on her off day to cut my hair! They are amazing.

I got my hair done today by dawn, and I love it! The last trim I got was terrible with the under side ending up dramatically longer that the top layers. So it was finally grown enough to trim underneath again. And she was able to do it an hour after I called! She was very kind and did a great job at knowing exactly what I wanted with my hair. I’ve been to some salons with bad dressers, but this will be my regular place now! Highly highly satisfied. ????????
do not go here! i just went last week to get my hair done, i have medium brown hair and wanted to add some blonde highlight overall for my upcoming birthday, the woman i had "song" , had no idea what she was doing and had to ask for help several times from her coworkers. she bleached my hair and stripped it so badly i just went somewhere else to cut it all off. i spent 5 hours there as they all tried to fix my badly damaged hair just for her to say she didn't like it and there's not much than can be done. i left that afternoon crying. don't waste your money or if you do go, don't do anything permanent.
Song is so amazing.! She really is a woman with several talents. She not only does my hair, but she is also certified in massage therapy and does a gorgeous job on my eyelashes! She is a genuinely caring person and wants what's best for her clients
My sons and I have been going to Charisma for many years. It is a warm and friendly place to go. The owner and her associates have always been very professional and friendly. They do everything they can to find an appointment time that works for our busy schedules. On occasion when they couldn't get us in, they were kind enough to text or call me when they had a cancellation and a spot opened up. We have always been happy with the haircuts we have received. The business is always clean and the seating is comfortable in their waiting area. I can't say enough good about this business. I have been to many hair salons. Charisma is the best.
