Best WLM Reviews
Andy Chapin is the most honest mechanic I've ever come across, and one of the only businesses I've ever seen with only 5 star reviews on Google. Every 5 star review is well deserved and I recommend him to everyone I know.
I have taken my car here for a few years now and I cannot recommend them enough. Andy is fantastic! He explains the issues, is honest, and always looking to make sure I get the best deal possible. He has repeatedly referred me to other places if they have the expertise to fix the issue better, and with no charge. Would absolutely recommend!!!
Chapin's Auto is the best car repair shop, hands down. Andy explains what repairs are needed and why, but also tells you when a repair isn't needed or can wait. We have been taking our cars here for over 10 years and will never go anywhere else. On top of his honesty and high-quality work, his prices are lower than other car mechanics. Andy is the mechanic you can't believe exists in the real world.
I’ve been using Andy’s services for a number of years. I’ve never met anyone in the car repair service that compares to his professionalism, honesty, accuracy. His pricing is very reasonable. Save your money, stay away from dealerships and use Andy’s services. I can highly recommend, without reservation using Andy as your personal services supplier.
Andy was able to diagnose the problem with my car quite quickly (and didn't charge for the diagnosis!) and scheduled a time for the next day to fix it. It was super efficient and affordable, and he explained the issue to me. The whole process was very honest and helpful. Definitely will be a return customer.
We have been taking our Honda vehicles to Andy for 5 years. They are the most honest repair shop you will ever visit. At least 2 times he let me know that my brakes were OK to keep using for many more miles, never pushes unnecessary repairs. I am positive at other repairs shop I would have been told to get a brake job. Their pricing is more than competitive, and their work is always great. Highly recommend using Andy for your car repair services!
Andy is an awesome, kind, and honest mechanic, who is great at keeping a line of communication going, doing work in a timely manner, and being more than fair when it comes to price. My windshield wipers stopped working on a rainy morning, I took my car to him, he came in on a Saturday since the part came in early. Unfortunately, they stopped working the same day (due to a cut off date on the part, not his fault) and my car broke down a few days later. I took my car back in, he replaced a few spark plugs, a coil pack, and fixed the wipers, and got my car back to me in a couple hours, and didn't charge for labor. I would recommend him to anyone, and he deserves more than a 5 star review.
Best shop in town! Andy Chapin is the most honest mechanic you will find and always does the best work on cars. His service is beyond excellent and most of the time he can have your car up and running again within a day or two. Not a single bad thing to say and hes been my mechanic for the last 3 years. A good person and a good mechanic!
