The atmosphere as you walk in was welcoming but had a weird smell that I couldn't figure out what it was. I thought it would go away, but it lingered the entire visit. Coffee was extremely hot.
By the time I was able to drink it. It actually didn't taste too good. It tasted burnt. The proportion of food that you get for the price I would say is adequate. The waffles had a nice crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. And when you ask for crispy bacon, it's definitely crispy. So glad I didn't ask for extra crispy like I normally do otherwise it would have been burnt.
Service is fast, very friendly and the food was good.
Had the patty melt, meat was cooked perfectly with a good flavor, caramelized onion and fully melted cheese. Bread was just okay. Had a salad on the side, iceberg lettuce with plenty of options for salad dressing.
Happy and friendly staff. Great service and the coffee keeps coming. The wife had the French toast. It tasted like a funnel cake and was delicious. I ordered the chicken fried steak. It was good but on the smaller side. The homemade hash browns are amazing. Overall, it was worth checking out and we will be coming back again.
Pancakes hands down a family favorite they taste like vanilla birthday cake..was a win even for my non pancake eating child-
Had a bacon avocado Skillet (was ok ) biscuits and gravy( not a go) burger and fries was ok and a green chilli cheese hasbrown- we will come back ..but just for the pancakes!! Service was great atmosphere was nice
I had a take out order. It was the worst meal I've had here. They used to be good... I ordered chicken fried chicken. It was so dry, not even the gravy helped it. The gravy didn't taste good neither. I doubt I will eat here again.
Amazing pancakes, omelet special was fantastic. You get real homestyle potatoes and you can get toast or pancakes, no upcharge. Inside is a classic look, very old school greasy spoon vibe. The service is impeccable, we were served very quickly, and our coffee was refilled at every moment it went low. There is another post mentioning a smell, I have to agree there is a strange smell I couldn't determine the location of but it wasn't bad enough to deter us from eating there. My only other critique is they should update some of the very outdated and unsightly plastic wares they have, such as the dish for creamers, syrup container, and some of the plastic decorative vegetables on the walls.
The only place I go to order breakfast, haven't found a better place to get breakfast foods. Usually alot of people not very spacious.
Food is pretty generic. Theyre very busy with older folk but its super basic food thats why. Overpriced for breakfast food.
