After having the car parts for more than 3 weeks and a price was agreed on for the labor.
When I finally got the car back, I had to go to go with one of his mechanics to auto zone because he stripped two tire bolts, to get new ones.
Ended up paying $300 dollars more than what we agreed on.
To me that’s not a man of your word.
And to wait to tell me once I hand over my credit card and then tell me. Says a lot about the person MR chafinos is.
As a mechanic I will never take a vehicle of mine back. Lacs the motivation to do the work himself and has his low level help hands carry most of the work for him. Learning as they go type of way.
I don’t mind paying for good work on a timely manner when it’s done right.
Just may God put it in your heart to not do ppl wrong and be straight up with your clients.
Great job. Great prices. This shop is quick & honest. I would definitely recommend them. 5 stars! ????
This is the worst place I have ever taken a vehicle! They don’t know anything, and have no parts available for weeks out! Never go here!!
I took my Yukon Denali for lifter replacement and the job wasn’t done correctly.
I took it back to them and they said it was fuel injectors it was working for like 2 day now there’s oil coming out from a cylinder where they didn’t place it correctly. I have tried calling they a few time and no answer. Please don’t take your car to this mechanic they won’t take responsibility if there mechanics do anything wrong.
Excellent service.... Very reasonable prices and quick turn around
Great service! Very blessed to have come across such a great mechanic. Not to mention the beautiful Ms.Cristina that was super helpful. Will be coming back for any mechanical issues on any of my vehicles and recommending to friends and family. Thank you Mr. Chafino for such great service ????????????!Great prices and fast work!
I had taken my Jeep to 2 other places in Hobbs and they supposedly fixed the issues but it never ran quite right and the AC still didn’t work yet charged an arm and a leg!
I heard great things about this place so thought why not. Thank God I did. Fast, great service and my Jeep runs good as new! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Hacen un buen trabajo, rápido y con buenos precios. Definitivamente los recomiendo.
Bad Service!
Went in to get my vehicle repaired paid for the job to get done right , left with more issues and was told to come back and leave it for 15 days!
No thanks !
Definitely not recommending !
Please Avoid having more issues arise
