They got my vehicle fixed quick and very friendly!

Reasonable prices, Services were prompt, owner and staff were very pleasant. Would highly recommend all your auto repairs to be done at Chadwell’s.

Ian was such a life saver for us today as we are on a long distance road trip!!! We got an oil change that was overfull before embarking and we didn't know. We thought something was terribly wrong and he took the time out of his day to check it out on the dime with his team, he got us back on the road as quickly as possible and took such great care of us. Even in my panicked state lol. Thank you!!!!

This is the MOST HONEST mechanic's I've ever dealt with!!! They were quick in repairing my Durango and getting me back on the road. They didn't do any unnecessary repairs, they went over and above making sure the problem was fixed, and were WAY cheaper than I was expecting! These mechanics are Heaven sent!!! If ever you find yourself needing a good honest ship to take your vehicle to, go see these guys, and I promise you'll be just as satisfied as I am. My family also uses them, and they're the reason I went to them, and I'm so glad I did!!! Thanks Ian for taking such good care of me, you'll always have my business and support!

This is an excellent auto service shop. They are very busy. Call ahead. Do not drop in for an oil change. These professional auto service technicians are fair and honest in a small town, old-fashioned way. If you can make an appointment and delay your service need a short while, this is definitely the place to go. If you are traveling and happen to need help in Meriden, don't hesitate to trust this local shop.

Great service at a very reasonable price, fantastic communication and all-around quality shop. Highly recommend!

Professional, kind, amazing service.

He called me and kept me up to date on my vehicle. Was very pleased with his work!!! Highly recommend these guys!!!!!

Troy has always been very good toe and my family.. Once he gave an An estimate of over $350 on a front driver's side wheel repai.. Much less than other repair shops had estimated..

But when I went to pick it up he only charged me $35 for replacing a Cotter key that had somehow come out on the spindle!!..

That honesty has had me trusting trusting and depending on them for my car servicing and repair for over 12 years now..

I moved out of town but I still take my car to chadwell's automotive..
