Great spot, one of those hidden gems that you would not think to stop at, but actually worth the drive from inside the city. Chicken wings are unbeatable, and the Steak and Cheese sub is the best south of Baltimore.
Simple menu and amazing quality.
Super delicious! So glad we found this place. It was a little hard to find, but well worth the effort. It's located on the backside of a larger building, and there is only take out available. The staff was very friendly and gave large portions for a good dinner value. We got the baked chicken wings which were a great size, yams which were the best I've ever had, mushroom vegetable medley, collard greens which were done right, and corn bread which comes with the dinners wasn't too overly sweet but just right. We will definitely get takeout from here the next time we're in that area. Heck, we even talked about making the hour drive just to get their food!!!
Always clean and hot fresh food. The food is also good, my Husband and I usually do breakfast. The staff is friendly ???????? customer service is great!!
Great hole in the wall with fantastic breakfast sandwiches. Also you must get the baked wings that fall off the bone. For sides really liked the mac and cheese, collard greens and black eyed peas.
Not an eat-in but service was friendly. They offer various hot meals...ribs, chicken, veggies, Chinese, etc. Their mac/cheese was tasty for carry out. Mixed veggies had a good flavor and just the right amount of crunch. My favorite is their fresh turkey club no toast.
This place is a hidden gem. The staff here are very welcoming and nice and it's a very clean and tidy establishment.I got the catfish platter with cornbread, sweet potatoes, and black eyed peas. It was very delicious, fresh, and everything was well seasoned and prepared. The black eyed peas reminded me of my great grandma and memories with family long gone. I look forward to trying other selections on their menu.
Its a great place to eat. Ordered 2 dishes for my family gathering last week. I wish they would cut down on the salt, otherwise the food is good and the portions are large
Need the old cooks back & the menu back .. food isn't the same since changed cooks.. not my 5 star original rating anymore .. this was base on old staff an cooks
