The gate is broken, so just roll on in they do not man the guard house, so drive around back and go inside to check in. You must slide tandems to rear for loading and on loading. Fast unloading
The new gate security system sucks! Tow motor (Uard Dog) driver had to had to come and let me out. Waited for almost 15 minutes. No answer on their phone.
Coming in wasnt as bad. They didnt answer the provided phone but answered the first of two numbers on the sign.
Getting thru the gate is a germaphobe's nightmare. Pick up one germ ridden phone. It's dead. pick up other germ ridden phone. Dead. Call #. Answer questions for remote security officer. Slide drivers license into germ ridden slot. Now pick up germy dead phone again bc it has to ring thru before security can remotely open gate. Phone still dead. Try other phone. Still dead. Wait for yard jockey & hope his card will open gate, because sometimes it doesn't work. Whew! You're in. The rest is great. Go around back. Check in. Get dock. Get unloaded. Hoping getting out the gate goes better. But not holding my breath.
You have to call HQ so they can call the DC your at to send someone to open the gate. Usually a long line of trucks bc they're trying to save $ on not paying a guard, but they eat all saving on wasting time. No public bathrooms either
GETTING IN & OUT OF THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! IF THEY EVER ANSWER THE PHONE ITS AFTER 20 MINS +. & THATS DURING WEEKDAY HRS. Then the kicker is now they supposedly need the plate no. of the trailer before u can enter. 2 MUCH HASSLE THIS PLACE IS
Things must have gotten better here because we got in and out in 20 min. Tony helped me in the office and he was awesome. You don't wait at the gate. You pick up the phone tell them the info and in you go
I've delivered here twice and both times I've been in and out in under an hour. The gal in receiving is super friendly and the forklift operator is fast.
Very tight manuvering to drop empty up front when there's room in back
