Nice, friendly people. Super fast loading. Check in at gray man door on side of building, NOT where docks are
Check-in door/entrance on the side of building
The lady who takes care of delivering your luggage to you is very mean and not welcoming at all. we drive hundreds of kilometers to pick up and she doesn't take that into account.
It's not clear where the shipping entrance is. Additionally, they could make it easier for drivers by writing /posting in large fonts so that we need not leave our trucks just call the number.
Awesome. They took extra care and time handling my small load. So thankful for their help!!!! Highly recommend!!!
Drivers check in on the back side of the building. Man door labeled "Forward Air"...thats also central states

Bit of a wait but as expected. Responsive and informative which help me be prepared to pick up my shipment.
