I've used them several times over the years and they have done exceptional work. My vehicles looked better than new when I got them back. I Highly recommend them .
Courteous in allowing us to retrieve belongings from totaled car. However, per my insurance, we encountered difficulty in "releasing" the totaled Vic from them to insurance.
I had spoken to Kyle, Mike, and I believe the owner to "verbally release" my totaled vic to the insurance. Apparently no paperwork was required. I informed my insurance of the situation. Being the first time going through this, I made the mistake of accepting that.
Lo and behold, over the next several days, my insurance informs me there was no "verbal release" verified which was frustrating.
It was coming to the maximum allotted time before insurance would charge me for storage and with dealing with my wife's accident and other issues, this was VERY UNWELCOMED. It took my insurance AND an employee on a 3 way call (which insurance informed me they avoided for several days) to resolve the issue. Ultimately, we went over the latest storage date even though I did as much of my due diligence as I could with that level of experience.
Next time, if ever this is the location, or any other location for that matter. I will make sure to have a written release recorded and provided to ALL parties.
We took our Jeep in for repairs from hitting a deer. The antler was still stuck on the dash, we wanted to keep it, they "lost" it, it took longer then they originally said, charged more then originally quoted. Worst part was that when we got our Jeep back there was a scratch where they messed up the paint job and when we turned on the heater glass from the windshield came flying out of the vents. You think they would have blown out the entire car for glass shards but they did not. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
