horrible. The cab calls and tells me they are here and I go outside and the cab isn't here. the lady from the cab company calls me and asked me if I still needed the cab and I was upset so I told her no she had a attitude and tells me I should have called and told her that awhile ago and hangs up. It is not my fault your cabs no show and tell people they are here and not were they are supposed to be I waited for them to call me back and ask if I still needed cab. Either make sure to write down the address correctly or don't tell people your here and no show. Make sure your cab drivers are were they are supposed to be. I waited a long time for a cab they were not in front of my house or in drive way. The person that answers the calls has bad attitude and we'll yell at you and hang up. poor customer service.
I was stuck out by the airport and not one driver from Uber was attempting to assist me. So I called the cab company and even though they were pretty far away they took the time to come out and get me and take me home. I was in a crabby mood but the driver was really nice and got me to smile a couple times so I'm really grateful that they were there when I was in need because nobody from Uber wanted to come all that way which is weird because Uber is the one that dropped me off out there in the first place! I guess my money was good enough to go out there. just lost a customer. I'm a cab riding girl now.
Thieves! Their employee stole my Credit Card data, overcharged my debit card with Microsoft X-Box fraud, and THIS COMPANY told me in less kindly words to "f" off and eat the man-cream that didn't dribble down my mothers thighs. They have never paid me back, nor has Microsoft. I would use the public transit before Yellow-Belly-Theives-cab!!!!!
Do not count on them to help any kind of elder in need. The cab driver sat outside of the hospital WATCHING while a elderly man lost his pants and was completely Indecently exposed this man came from another facility and had no undergarments on the cab driver just watched as this man got embarrassed and children were walking by I called to complain and they told me he did his job and isn’t allowed to touch the passenger because of liability purposes. I’m repulsed immensely and will not be referring them to anybody that needs transportation from my facility.

This is a really great company that's been reliable for us when we called on them to use their service.. I would recommend them to anyone in need of taxi services..
I've always had pretty good experiences with Yellow Cab. Their prices are in line with the ride shares and the staff are always friendly enough. I recently had a bunch of surgeries and the day came when a trip to the store was a must! Both of my drivers went above and beyond by grabbing a scooter for me and putting it back when I was done plus took my chair, walker, and groceries to the cab and the house as well. So much appreciated you guys!
Ridiculously EXPENSIVE , the cars are old the driver needs to go back to the DMV for a re-test, if possible use Uber or Lyft, I should have but was in a slow hurry, I was actually in a hurry but the service wss snail slow. Stay away from this company if possible they will empty your wallet.
