I cannot think Cedar Animal hospital for their help with our kitty! I was so pleased that I was able to get in on a Sunday and be seen almost immediately. They did a great job, caring for our girl. Everyone was kind and helpful especially Dr. Littleson! Yankee is so happy to be back to her old self.
We were very impressed with the vet and the teck. They were very informative and had a plan for our 8.5 year old Lab with arthritis in her knees. They spent time with us and answered all our questions. We are very happy that we switched to Cedar Animal hospital.
I had to make the toughest decision of my life Sunday. My dog was not surviving. In pain. Suffering with cancer. Couldn’t walk anymore. I had to make an emergency appointment it was difficult finding a vet on a holiday weekend I was so stressed out. But they got me in the same day I called! The ladies who took care of him that day I cannot say thank you enough for how caring and generous they all were. They gave him treats and kisses and cuddles! His doctor was absolutely amazing! I will be going to Cedar Animal Hospital for now on! Thank you to the amazing staff there for being so kind on the worse day of my life! My other dog Cheyenne I will be taking her to you guys for now on!
Great experience! I traveled here for cyst removal surgery for my guinea pig, they were kind and knowledgeable. Surgery and recovery went perfectly and I couldn't be more grateful!
I do believe that Dr L. Nauta saved our Boston terrier, Finnegan's life. He had a tumor that was growing by the day. Could of spread and killed him in a short period of time. But they did diagnostic and surgery quickly and prognosis is now good. The whole team is great!
Amazing phone customer service into some of the friendliess professionals that took care of my boy. They got him in, and we're very understanding. The urgent care fee and surgery that was needed was well within budget. I would say this is the best veterinarian experience I've had. I would 10/10 recommend taking your fur baby here.
I was very thankful & impressed by the amazing staff during our visit, we came in to have our beloved cat Molly put down whom was 13 years old an a big part of our life. Myself an 2 daughters were treated with such kindness, respect
& showed sympathy from the staff themselves. I will never go elsewhere. The dr. Hugged my girls an expressed her heartbreak with us. ( even got on the floor & sat ) They also gave us privacy while we prepared & spent our last moments with our sweet girl. I will forever be thankful for the staff working the evening of 4/14/24. ????????????
Bottom line: taking your pet to the vet is never fun, but I would go so far as to say they made it almost pleasant!
Our kitty was having some tooth troubles and I must have called 15 places trying to get him seen, but they all told me 4-6 weeks to get an appointment and most of them wouldn't do cat teeth. Cedar has emergency hours I was able to get him in, they were calm and reassuring, the vet was knowledgeable and no-nonsense, and they were able to sort the kitty out.
Downside is that depending on where you live it's kind of in the middle of nowhere and the folks that work there aren't too concerned about doing anything in a hurry. Great service overall though!
