Terrible plate I've had this year waste of money chicken fried rice look like deli slices that was fried shrimp look half done I just ate the wing that wasn't honey hot pose to been though fav and more never miss
Terrible. The wings were not fresh and mother was sick the entire night.
CCs is a local staple here in Macon from back in the day which the original location is on Houston avenue. The particular one I visited was recommended by a friend and I was hoping the experience was going to bring back good memories but unfortunately it was a bad trip back down memory lane. The wings taste nothing like they use to. I asked for crispy but the chicken was fried too hard and fries were old and rewarmed. CCs we gotta do better for the prices.
Take out. Nowhere to eat inside. Still the best fried fish in mid ga. At least without the expense of a sit down restaurant. Fish perfect. Fried chicken livers just a bit overcooked but still tasty. Frys. OMG the frys. Cooked perfect. Hard on outside with soft center and seasoned with a great blend of spices. Highly recomended!
My wife and I chose this place because of all the great reviews and we were seriously craving wings. We found the price for the 40 piece wing combo to be reasonable so we decided to get that. I'm not sure if they had a bad sauce, bad oil, or what was going on but every single wing we had was extremely salty and difficult to get down. The next four hours consisted of stomach issues. I hope these problems were just a one time thing but we won't be returning.
Tried the ten piece wet lemon pepper. They gave me all drums and 1 flat ???? and l didn't realize it until after l got back to the hotel. They looked good but was overcooked and my stomach didn't agree with them either. I ate 4 and rest went in the ????
The food is good but the phone service is HORRIBLE I don’t care when I call I can never get anyone on the phone to place an order.. so if you want to place an order ahead call hot wings plus they will and answer and the food is just as good.
