Best WLM Reviews

My husband and I stopped by for a quick dinner, and we had a great experience. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent! We will definitely be back, but be warned they do charge you 3% when you use a credit/debit card to pay.
If only 0 stars was an option. Absolute trash experience. Should've listened to the bad reviews this time. Service was terrible. Server was very inattentive for the entire visit. Took forever to even get water, then we were barely checked on. It took an hour to get our food and then my wife's order was wrong and both of our sides were all cold. The refried beans did not taste right and my Birria was super mush (not tender, like water logged). The food immediately made my stomach hurt to the point of nausea. I genuinely thought I was going to vomit after eating a few bites of my food and had to gather myself to fight it back. My wife explicitly asked what was in the chicken enchilada because she doesn't eat onions. She also asked for no tomatoes on her side. The server said the enchilada was only shredded chicken, nothing else mixed in. After an hour wait her side came covered in tomatoes and her enchiladas were full of chicken with onions. We told the server and he was apologetic for the wait and the food. He said he would take care of everything. We waited to get clarity on if we needed to pay for the drinks we had while waiting on our food. After a while he didn't come back and I was feeling more sick so we left. He then chased us down saying he was just getting the food and asking if we would pay for the drinks. I told him we tried to wait to clarify that, but when he didn't come back and had said he would take care of "everything" we left. I just gave him cash and left because I still felt like I might vomit.
We frequent Fronteras just up the road and we've been saying we had to try Conzuelas. That was a mistake! This was our first and last visit.
Do yourself a favor skip this place and go to Fronteras.
Tl;Dr:
0 stars. Bad service. Super slow. Wrong orders. Cold food. Food made me feel sick. First and last visit. Skip here go to Fronteras.
I got the create your own 2 for $13.79. the food was more than I could eat. Had to get a box to go to finish it later lol. The prices are fair prices for the food they serve on the menu. Very nice people. The one thing I admire the most, is the team work. When the server was busy with another customer, another team member came to our table to make sure we were doing ok. You don't see this in restaurants nowadays. And they provide you with free chips and dip and they give you a cup of water right away to make sure you have something to drink before you place your order.
Well let me start off by saying that they set the bar real high when it comes to service ..... we came in it was lunch time and we were seated very quickly and greeted by everyone in there and got our drinks ASAP followed by chips and salsa and you can tell that it was made in house our waitress was very friendly and very patient with us and right on time with everything including checking on us after our food came the food came out and may I add that it was fresh and and great I felt like I took a trip right over the Mexican border
If I could give this place more stars I definitely would it was a great experience and I definitely will be back
Cazuela's is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Central Ohio. Their chips and salsa are always fresh; the salsa has the perfect amount of kick to it. The food is absolutely amazing - each and every time! It's always hot and flavorful. I usually get the Cazuela's Bowl for my meal and eat it with the chips. I've tried various menu items (create your own combo, burritos, quesadillas, chimis, tacos, apps, and desserts), and I seriously like them all! The margs are great, too! The service is hit or miss, honestly, but the food makes up for it when it's not great. The problems I've had are long waits on food (after ordering) and one waitress in particular isn't very friendly. I would totally recommend nonetheless!
I found this restaurant on Uber Eats and decided to give it a try. I specifically was craving Birria tacos or quesadillas, so opted for the Birria entree that included Tortillas, Rice, Pico, Guac, Sour Cream and Beans. I also selected the Cheese Dip that came with Chips. The Birria was tasty, ample portions and fresh. Every thing had good flavor and was satisfying. There was nothing that really stood out per se, as far as differentiators of similar spots and their dishes - but, I will likely give this place another go to try some of their other selections. Would recommend.
I have passed this place hundreds of times and finally decided to stop in for dinner with my wife. Our server was extremely nice and very quick with everything we requested. We shared a double order of steak fajitas and had enough to take home. The diablo sauce was so good that we took some of it home with us!
I've passed by this place a few times and decided to give it a try. We sat at the bar and ordered a Pina Colada Margarita and regret doing so. My taste buds were so confused. I ordered a steak torta, and it came out on French bread, which is not the same as Mexican bread. I also ordered gorditas, and they came out on pita bread, which is far from the correct fried corn shell pocket that it is normally made with. I am disappointed in the lack of nonauthentic Mexican dishes they have on their menu. I will not be going here again.
