i walked in wanting a refill. the place seemed good. had good reviews had a good amount of stars. my acrylic is bumpy. it’s not smooth. they cut my finger with the drill. i’m not very happy needless to say i paid $60.

Staff is very nice but I was very disappointed with a couple of visits so I have had here especially my most recent one about a week ago. I got mani -the powder dip and pedi - gel. Pedi was good but my dip for my pedi is already chipped and a couple have fallen off with out me even noticing after only a week. I paid like 50$ for this and I feel like I threw that money away.
Everyone here are so friendly and kind and fun to be around. Best nail salon I have been to in a long time. Must come to cay nails!
Got dip powder done. Terrible shaping and lasted about 2 days before they started chipping. Idk if it was the nail tech, but I will probably not come here again. If I do I’d be sure to have a different tech do my nails. Disappointed ☹️.
I generally make appointments as my schedule is crazy. The shop is always very polite and accommodating in working with my schedule to get me in.
My nail tech , Jade, always go above and beyond to listen and learn how I like to wear my nails. Whenever I have a design in mind she does her best to meet my needs. I know this may seem small but to me it’s huge. Her dedication to her craft. Is not only the reason I am a returning customer. It has also given me the courage to step outside of the norm and explore. Different colors, shapes and designs
Not crowded, so no excuse for poor service by gentlemen who did a sub par job on pedicure leaving feet dry and ashy immediately afterwards. Then broke a $20 into 2 $10 bills to ensure he received more of a tip than he earned. I will not return
Brian and Camilla did an amazing job! Brian did an amazing job shaping my nails exactly how I wanted them, in such a timely manner. Camilla is super friendly! She is personable and makes sure your comfortable the entire time! She knew EXACTLY what to do for my pedicure & cuticles! My first visit but definitely not my LAST! Love it here????
