What am amazing small restaurant. We only had appetizers and each one was a collage of unique flavors. The staff was super responsive and extremely attentive to our experience. You have to try Rhea's naughty ranch with the Maui onion kettle chips!!! See the photos! The crispy duck wontons, are by far the most flavorful, unique food experience you'll have in the Midwest!

10 out of 10! If you're in the area, don't pass on Cavort! We happened to stop by during a normally 'off hour' so they were serving only appetizers, buy 1 get 1 half off. So, late lunch of apps for us. Flavors abound! Service was excellent. And, the owner, Rhea, even checked on us throughout the visit. Great stop!

This is a wonderful date night spot! We ordered the taquitos with chicken and the glazed crab rangoons for apps, and they were both very good. For dinner, I ordered the salmon with lotus root, which I absolutely loved! The vegetables accompanying the salmon were cooked flawlessly, and the salmon itself was also incredible. The salmon with the fried scallions was not only texturally exciting, but also just incredibly unctuous. My husband ordered the New York Strip, and was also very happy with his selection! The steak was cooked perfectly to order. Our drinks were amazing as well! Our favorites were the Banana Foster and The Girl Crush. I definitely recommend a reservation, as it filled up fast for the dinner hour.

Me and my friend went to Cavort for the first time and had a blast. The cocktails were so creative and the food was amazing. We got the crab Rangoon flatbread and black bean taquitos. The staff was very friendly and we loved the vibrant colors everywhere.

Rhea was a fantastic bar tender, the tiki flight made for a fun date night, and ALSO huge fan that I asked for a drink not on the menu and she whipped up a delicious cocktail with the ingredients she had in stock. SO GOOD.

The atmosphere was tropical and felt intimate which was just the icing on the cake. I'm glad I finally stopped in! Can't wait to come back and try the food sometime.

My mother in law was a little worried as we got there at 7 pm on a Friday night and there weren't many people in the restaurant. However, a server was knowledgeable, on top of things without being intrusive, polite, and very sweet. The food was outstanding! The atmosphere was very hip and comfortable. We sat in one of the booths next to the front windows. It was semi-private and unique. The bathroom isn't in the restaurant, but wasn't a problem. It was pricey. Overall, excellent experience and will definitely go again; once I save some money. ????

My husband and I came here for dinner for my birthday this past weekend. We had never been before and found it after doing a restaurant search. We ended up ordering the tuna poke, crab cakes, and potstickers to share as our meal. Everything was delicious and we were full! Our cocktails were good as well and fit the tiki theme!

If there was a 4.5 star option, that would be spot on but regardless, Cavort was a really good time. They have a vast assortment of fun and interesting tiki drinks (the Citrus Bum my wife got was absolutely delicious) and a fun atmosphere. The staff was very nice and attentive.

For apps we had the sticky Rangoon and the potstickers. Flavor on both was 10/10, Rangoon just happened to be a little cold and chewy, but we’d order them again. I had the burger which was good but nothing crazy. My wife had the poké as her entree and it was pretty good but the coconut rice was much sweeter than she expected.

Overall, a fun spot for a night out!
