Better than Chipotle! If you’ve never been to Cava, it’s a Mediterranean version of Chipotle, same concept. Choose your meal in a bowl or wrapped in a Pita (delicious), choose your base, sauce, protein, and toppings. Everything is fresh and tasty. They also have incredible craft tea options in approx 6 flavors. Pricing is very reasonable. I read some negative reviews about the customer service- we didn’t experience this, everyone was friendly and polite. Highly recommend if your looking for affordable, fresh, fast and delicious Fast Casual

Friendly personality is a good look and feel especially in connection with food.
This was my second visit and it was 1000 percent better because of the customer service I received THIS time.
The young girl that helped me the first time seemed unhappy and bothered. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I can't say who she was. I was actually relieved that she wasn't there this time. I was a little hesitant about returning bc of her bad attitude but I love salad and so I took a chance.
I'm glad that I did because it was refreshing to encounter good vibes from Carlos, I will be returning because of that and I hope management acknowledges how important it is to have someone on the team that can effortlessly make the customer feel good and the company look good at the same time.

We heard good things about this chain so we were delighted to have to stop at the Tesla charger next door. It was late, 9:30 pm but the employees were kind and accommodating. We each curated individual bowls perfect to our liking. My daughter had basmati rice, roasted veggies and avocado. I had rice, two scoops of hummus and some tzasiki. I added grilled chicken and a bunch of toppings like, roasted corn, olives, cucumbers and pita crisps. 3 bowls and two drinks came out to about $45. I thought it was a great value and I’m excited to go back! There was a pineapple, mint drink that was delicious too!
The staff was great and helpful while ordering. The food was delicious highly reccommend the falafel but in a bowl. The fried pitas with garlic dipping sauce hit the spot! So glad I'm a reward member!
Food was so good! Everything tasted fresh & sauces complimented well. Falafel was good & I liked the amount of natural juices to pick from. Service was friendly. You can tell they’re short staffed due to their team efficiency & cleanliness of place but that’s management problem. Definitely will come back.
This place was a real nice surprise. I was in the mood for a "creat your own Bowl" type of place and my wife and I happened to stumble upon CAVA while visiting down town St Pete. One thing I always worry about in places like this is the portion size and flavor of the meats. was not disappointment by either! I was able to pack the bowl with tons of veggies and they had a real good selection of dressings and toppings...And yes the chicken was awesome and tasted great! Albert, one of the managers personally came over to our table and gave us some history on the restaurant and how the chain is quickly growing. I was excited to hear they have one in Sarasota which is close to where I live. My wife and I were both impressed by CAVA and we'll definitely come back!!
Food is great but customer service is non-existent. Every time I’ve placed an order in the app, the food has never been ready by the scheduled pickup time. In fact, my meals have never even been started until I notified an employee I’ve been waiting. This has happened 4 or 5 times now. And the employees act like you’re bothering them when you ask where the food you were expecting 15 minutes ago is.
I like the food which is why I haven’t given up coming back yet but the lack of customer service is going to ruin this place. Try hiring some workers who don’t visibly hate their jobs.
Edit: Judging by all the other reviews dating months back from people who’ve had the same experience as me, it appears management isn’t at all concerned with addressing these issues. Shame because the food really is delicious.
I tried it once and loved what I got. This was my second time coming here, I made the mistake of asking for a small amount of pickled onions in my bowl. The guy serving me grabbed a glob of them and plopped the juice and all on top of everything. The first bite of the bowl tasted like pickles. The whole bowl wreaked of pickles. I took three more bites and realized there was no escaping the juice that soaked all of it... then i threw it away. Just wasted $15 on a bowl of pickles juice soaked food and a sour lemonade. My appetite is gone and I won't be back.
