Let me tell you! I stopped Cava on Monday this week for the first time and fell in love with the food! I couldn’t believe I missed this place???? all of the ingredients tasted amazing! It was so good, I went back on Friday for another dose???????? this time, the portion was more than Monday and the sweet potatoes weren’t thoroughly cooked. Besides that, everything else was good!

Cleanliness: Monday-3 (no utensils, straws or napkins were available) Friday-5 (everything was fully stocked and clean in the sitting area)
Food: Monday-5, Friday-4 due to the sweet potatoes
Note: my only issue are the recycled bowls our food is served in. I know the bowls are environmentally friendly, however, the particles from the cardboard does contaminate your food. When the salad dressing mixes with the bowl, the interior layer of the bowl is easily absorbed into your food. Plus the bowl absorbs the dressing. I dumped my salad in a regular bowl to fully enjoy my salad. This is not only an issue at Cava but all restaurants that use this product. Keep up the excellent service Cava staff!
Never a bad experience! The food is great, portions are large. Highly recommend the roasted eggplant dip, braised lamb, roasted corn and the yogurt dill or Greek vinaigrette! The kitchen, serving counter and eating area are always clean and well kept. The staff is always kind and helpful. Even through the pandemic they have maintained positive attitudes.
Really slow service, employees not engaging at all, kept walking to the back while there was a long line. Guy in the kitchen jammed to music in his headphones. Second week in a row the location is out key items! How is a Mediterranean place out of hummus...out the blueberry drink, out diet Mexican cola.
The food is good but they are always out of something, i went on 3 separate occasions they don’t have arugula, then get to the dip section and they only have 4 dips, then need to put a sign on the door or stating what they don’t have so that I can go somewhere else that has all of their ingredients. Also I am concerned as to why do they think we want the same person who is handling money to also hand us a fork unwrapped in plastic.
Came her 9:30 they were out of a lot of things. Understandably, it’s very close to closing but still. Ummm.. definitely will never go back to this location. They didn’t even have tops for the bowls.
Great team & manager! Not only great healthy and tasty food, but also I left an item here and they kept it in their lost & found until I could retrieve it. Excellent customer service!
The attitudes are not welcoming. The portion sizes are given according to your physical appearance. They love to scoop whats on the counter back in what in the bowl. Ive witnessed someone sweep the floor and come fix a bowl with the same gloves. Wipe down with the same gloves and grab vegetables without changing them. They also stick stickers on their skin then stick it to people food. Lastly the cellphone use while cutting up chicken in the back is just nasty.
Went there for the first time, asked the girl what her favorite meal was. It was some sweet and spicy chicken I think? Anyways the food was pretty good. Also kudos to the very friendly staff.
