The young lady who served me today was very friendly and understanding because it was my first time here and she helped me navigate through the different foods and the young lady’s name was Cindy. I will be back in the future!
CAVA has good vegan, vegetarian, and meat options. I had the bowl with sweet potatoes today, it was wonderful. I like places that let you add whatever ingredients you prefer. The service was quick. They didn’t have an option to leave a tip with the payment unfortunately. I also enjoy their selection of iced teas and lemonades.
Deceptive and misleading business practices.
Not sure how a chain restaurant is doing this kinda of bad business and misleading costumers.
I ordered an extra serving of meat based on the ADVERTISED price. The server informed me that it will be “extra.” I already knew how much extra because it was listed…
But… listed price is not the same as Charged price.
Lamb meat balls were listed for $2.35
I was charged $5.55
I made the decision to request extra based off of advertised price. And I was not informed of how much extra it will cost.
This has FTC protection laws violation written all over it.
I dislike dishonest business practices and this is just shameful.
Server said that prices went up but we didn’t advertise them????
I’ll be letting the FTC, BBB, and CPB know.
I love the variety of healthy foods available for me to choose. Customer service was very helpful. I got a healthy meal at a reasonable price. I would love to visit again!
I placed a pick up order through the CAVA app (picture of order summary included). When I picked up my order I noticed my bowl looked like a “cabbage” bowl since the majority of food in the bowl was large chunks of cabbage including stems. There were also no tomatoes or cucumbers in my bowl and hair was found in the cabbage. I returned back through the drive thru to share my concerns with a Manager. The first Manager called a second Manager and she insisted that it was out of her control the ratio of super greens (cabbage:kale). I shared my other concerns and requested a refund. Since the order was placed online, I could not receive a refund so I requested another bowl be made. I’ve included the second bowl that was made and the initial bowl I received for comparison. I’ve been to this CAVA location multiple times and service and food presentation continues to decline. This incident prompted my review and I would no longer visit this establishment.
I usually order online for delivery, but decided to stop by in-person this time. The ambiance was nice. You can eat outside or inside. I ate outside since it was a nice day. The server at the counter was SUPER friendly. He explained my options and showed me the selections, and also recommended certain toppings. I truly enjoyed my salad, and all of the topping choices. Every bite tasted fresh and delicious ????. I highly recommend CAVA for a deliciously organic and Greek-style salad!
I love Cava it's like eating healthy but also actually liking the food. Now not everyone's going to like Cava, it's one of those things where if you eat it you like it and if you don't like it you don't. But if you don't like it firsthand try a different recipe. It's like Chipotle where you can make your bowl the way you want so if you don't like it add or don't add something. I suggest just looking at the menu online to see what options they have before going.
Food was tasty and service was prompt. Be sure to try the fountain drinks. I'm not sure if they're natural drinks but they are light, fresh and taste great. I did a combo with all the flavors (apple/mint, raspberry/lavender, cucumber/mint, etc.) with the lemonade - delicious! There were too many dirty tables despite it not being busy so attention needed to be given to the appearance and guests' tables.
