The food was excellent and the atmosphere of the store was very friendly. The best part was the excellent service from Max who demonstrated patience and great customer service in helping me make my choices to prepare my bowl. She made some good suggestions and all with a smile and great attitude. She displayed the type of customer service one would expect and obviously had good training. Along with her was Esperansa would likewise showed care and concern which made me feel like a valued customer. Kudos to management for their training process which produced these 2 examples of employees that care about the customers and reflect well on the store and company. I definitely will return.
Food was great. There was no wait , no lines . But unfortunately due to my horrible customer service experience today I felt the need to write this review. As my bowl was handed off the last girl as I was telling her what sauces I wanted she looked me in the eye and shut my lid and put it in a bag. That with a smirk on her face. I have never felt more degraded and disrespected in a restaurant. Mind you there was no line and no one else in there but me. I went at 4pm today and it was the lighter skinned taller female with a larger nose. Sad because the food was fresh and I was looking forward to enjoying a new spot. At the end when I tried to speak to her she walked away. I was never once rude to her to have deserved to be treated in this manner.
I got food poisoning from my last visit here. Food was left out for way too long. Ended up feeling sick and nauseous later that night and could not sleep. The workers seemed so careless when I was there. So many toppings and ingredients were not available. My food tasted off initially but turns out it was spoiled. Restaurant looked dirty also. Customer service won’t offer me a refund unless I go back in person. I don’t live near the location nor do I feel like returning to a place that made me sick. Beware eating here!
My wife and I just recently went there and the service was a little sloppy because they were Out of most of their stuff. When I got it, I did enjoy it but later that night, I felt nauseous and I couldn’t sleep. I believe I got food poisoning from this location. I have to admit the food didn’t look very good. It was kind of picked over.
Justin is amazing super friendly definitely gave me a experience that stood out to me and made me feel special. foods also great definitely recommend the food and this location
Ordered take out from here while trying this restaurant for the first time.
We ordered the falafel veggie wrap and the chicken pita wrap. They came with fresh veggie and a number of sauces and fresh pita bread.
Falafel very really soft and tasty.
We also had the salad bowl with chicken. The chicken was really fresh and had a good number of veggie to it which was really nice.
Nice place to try out some Mediterranean food which is very similar to Chipotle.
No wonder place wasn’t busy. If you’re a salad lover, DO NOT COME NEAR. The products in the salad were old, stale, and tasteless at-best. Sure, the meat was good, but not enough to cover for us salad lovers.
We couldn’t enjoy our meals, and ended just eating the beef.
A shame, since this area has great veggies, and making a cucumber or simple mid-east salad shouldn’t be a hard task.
I love cava but the customer service here is a -10
The cashier and the server have the worst attitude. The guy helping me gave me such an attitude all because i asked for lettuce … the money is there ill pay the extra charge since now and days everything is extra….
Anyways it isn’t worth wasting your time when you receive the worst service
