I came here with my niece by chance. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, service and staff. The manager Cliff helped me pick my food choices and answered all my questions without rushing me or making me feel like I was annoying him. The chef Oscar made the most amazing lamb meatballs. I don’t like lamb but I wound up ordering them because of how delicious they are. I also met Terry who was sweet and checked me out. The owners were there as well and they were friendly and accommodating. I would highly suggest this place. The food is delicious. The people make you feel at home and the atmosphere is comfortable. Ten out of ten I would eat here again!!! ????????
Honestly I’m incredibly disappointed in both the food and the service at this location. Visited the location today with a friend and the differences between our two bowls couldn’t be any different. Mine looks like a kids’ meal as I was barely given 2 scoops of rice and protein, respectively. Not to mention that the staff was incredibly rude, very short and was more focused on their “fun conversation” that they were having amongst themselves instead of serving customers.
The pictures below are comparing the differences in our two bowls having a bite of either and I’m incredibly disappointed given the cost.
Today I ordered two Green and Grain bowls on Cava app for lunch. My delivery came via door dash to the hospital where I work. I was disappointed to see that my bowl was skimpy and a few of my toppings were left off so I called the store immediately. The manager Dee( or was it Vee?) answered the phone and didn’t hesitate to fix the issue. I wasn’t able to leave until after my 12hr shift but when I tell you I got to the store and my two bowls were replaced. Can I say top tier 10 outta 10. So fresh, the bowl was full, all topping and sauces in place… my heart was happy and me and my friend were very satisfied with our bowls. Thank you so much Cava Perimeter….
I walked into CAVA at 9:53pm not expecting to be able to be served. The manager Ariana greeted me with a big smile and let me know that they are still serving customers. The entire staff — Cynthia and Deanna included all went out their way to make sure that my order wasn’t missing any ingredients I wanted. I am very thankful for the staff still providing amazing service when I know they were probably ready to go home. This is my new favorite location.
I honestly didn’t even want to try this spot out originally, but I’m so glad I gave them a try. The Harissa avocado and the pita bread was so good. I will go back next time I’m in the area.
Cliff completely made my experience today! He was so kind even before starting his shift, he greeted us and gave us such a warm smile and let us know he would be there to help in a few. ( I’m not sure if he was coming in for the day or coming back from a break) He helped his co-worker out who seemed to be struggling with a simple concept or having an off-day.
He also answered some questions so well for my mother who had never been and was trying to figure out what combo to get.
He’s great and the only reason I will be back to this location.
OMG! Had the most amazing experience here today. Eating out is usually a hit or miss but this one was definitely a HIT. From the amazing service and kindness of the staff to the quality of the food itself. Everything tasted so fresh with a really good portion of everything I wanted in my bowl. They didn’t even hesitate when I opted to have something made to order. Definitely a genuine experience and I will be returning ❤️ (p.s wish I could savor this bowl all over again ????)
Every time I’ve come to this CAVA, my experience has been fast, pleasant, and above my expectations, which I most definitely have not been able to say about the other locations. Here they offered options I’d never been given before, made fresh falafel and kept me updated on the (fast) cook time, had every ingredient I wanted available, and made sure I was happy with the whole experience. S/O to Marcus and everyone at the Perimeter Center CAVA! I will definitely be back.
