For fast food… this is unbelievable. You order at the counter and the meal is made in front of you. Menu is pretty limited with custom made salads, 4 chef designed salad bowls and four pita plates. We had a Greek and Chicken+Rightrice salad bowl. Both were excellent and the Greek salad bowl burst with flavor and freshness. Portions are very generous. Drinks are available from a cooler, or from the fountain drink area that is out of sight towards the back of the restaurant. Salad maker was excellent and friendly.
This location is absolutely amazing! Food is always great and Service is outstanding!

I would like to commend Mr. Dedric (Mgr) and Myles for exceptional leadership, courtesy and honoring the CAVA Pride!!! The healthy environment was clean and safe. Food items were fresh and well selected during lunch. The entire staff were professionally driven to satisfy each customer by providing them with amazing service.
Mr. Dedric shared interesting insights and plans for marketing to the community and forthcoming developments in the area. To Dedric and your profound TEAM, thank you for being passionate and caring towards your customers. Awesome Job????????????????‼️
This was the worst experience. I came in at an off time, and no one cared to help me until the manager yelled at them to do so, even though they saw me. The lady was so rude taking my order, did not warm the pita, gave me only a half a scoop of chicken and when I asked for more nicely, she said it would be an additional charge. The manager then came by and said that my rice would be an additional charge as well, but they didn’t tell me how much. When I asked how much these “extra charges” were, I was answered with “it’s like $2 or something.” You should know the charge amount if you’re going to charge someone. Then I asked for sauce on the side and received an eye roll. My sauce was never in the bag when I got home. I paid and wanted my receipt but got my food shoved over the counter instead and was too nervous to speak up and ask for my receipt. I walked away with two sub par pitas for $25. I’m so sad. I’ve been craving cava for weeks and I was treating myself after a hard day.
Jason and Toni were the best. Never have a bad experience at cava. I will definitely be back to this location. Toni did the best job by far with my bowl!!
The staff are friendly, give good portions of the ingredients, and the food is usually good. The ingredient quality was consistently amazing when they first opened. But the black lentils have been undercooked rocks more than once recently, and it ruins the whole bowl. The lentils were my favorite ingredient of the grains on offer, but the fact that they’re now inedible half the time kind of ruins it, even though everything else is amazing. (I go late, maybe it’s better early in the day with higher traffic)

He is patient yet mindful, he moves eagerly and is driven to create a great vibe between those whom he serves and his customers! He deserve A RAISE! He is also really selfless and considerate of his team members! Thank you again for your wonderful service ????????????✨
Went to this location around this time last year, the food was solid but the experience was not desirable (rude employee, out of several things, store wasn’t the cleanest.) However I have a friend who has never tried the food before and we were closer to this location than the one I typically go to yesterday, so I decided to give it another go.
I will say that things have improved significantly. I know the food is always good as I go to the Peachtree location quite a bit, but the experience is the main thing that improved drastically. We were greeted upon entry and while there was a bit of a line (and only 2 people working), the wait didn’t feel too bad and when we finally got to order, we didn’t feel rushed. My friend was actually encouraged to try some of the things before she ordered which I felt was very good customer service. The people working were much kinder than before and seemed knowledgeable about the menu which was an issue I had before.
I’ve been a fan of Cava for a while now, so nothing has changed in that regard, but it is very nice to know that if I’m in this area I can stop by this location and know the experience will meet what I’d expect.
