Great guy. When all other places told me they couldn't inspect my car until next week, Causby's made time. I told him I had to get it done during my lunch break today and he said, "Bring it on down now, then." Nice guy. He was finished inspecting it in less than 15-20 minutes, and I got back to work on time. I would definitely return for other work on my car.
Dwayne and the crew are top notch guys. Great service with old school values. Honest mechanics like them are hard to find.
When no one else could fix my car over the course of 2 days they were able to fix it and get me back on the road in just a few hours. I would and will recommend them to anyone.
My experience was very different from others. I was not treated with respect and patience instead was spoken to harshly. My car was ready for pickup but was not notified till a day later only because I asked someone to check on the status. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or brown skin or both but I did not have a good experience personally. But my car repair was done and for that I'm grateful.
I don’t recommend this shop. Very disrespectful to my family. He was supposed to fix the ignition switch well he broke it and then made it our priority to find the part. When you have another mechanic call to get a story on it so they can help find it he just gets mad and don’t want to explain. Very poor business owner. Maybe good for an oil change but wouldn’t take it for anything more extensive.
Awesome work on my water pump job, went the extra mile and removed rust from the heater core and engine block. First time I've tipped a mechanic, but He dang sure earned it! Going back next week for front brakes on my 1/2 ton 4x4.
I’m sure this guy pays to take down the bad reviews. I’ve heard aweful things about this place. Cars sit for months with no explanation and any attempt to contact about completion date results in bullying. Low class shop. Go to the dealer and get what you pay for.
Great guy does a great job would recommend and he love's to work on all the older cars
