I have been taking my cars to Mr Cats shop since 2007. Beyond knowledgeable and knows how to quickly assess a vehicle. The repair prices are fair and very affordable. You don’t need to shop around for a repair shop. Mr Cat and his team are seasoned, honest, and hard working mechanics.
When you go there don’t expect a fancy waiting area and concierge. To me that’s not necessary amenities. Drop off your car, and return when they call you. Also a bonus that there is an auto parts store next door in walking distance.
Called 3x about getting work done for my car. 1st time I called explained everything I needed and was given a quote but as soon as I mentioned I was getting ready to tow the car there a guy who said his name was “CHRIS” told me to call him back in an hour.. Called in an hour and a guy says he’s not there and I could tow the car until he authorized it. explained to him what I was needing as well. I just called to see if CHRIS returned and now all of a sudden there’s nobody there by that name and they don’t offer the service the had already quoted me for. Waste of time, obviously not as good of a shop as I’ve heard.
They do great brake jobs, but they will not correct a problem if you have to bring your car back the next day because of something they did not fix properly. I had some major work done twice, the next day the check engine lite came on both times. They won't back up their work. They do not give you a work order also. I had to go to pep boy to fix the problem, and it was something that CAT failed to do...
Hands Down this company provides customer service. Well skillful technicians and Honesty. I recommend them on all levels. Nothing like well seasoned technicians for any problem from A-Z.
The best auto repair shop to save money and never have to worry about bringing your car back for the same problem one hit wonder
Extremely disappointed in their work. They don’t backup their work. I will never refer anyone to this shop. ????????????????
Friendly atmosphere
