I honestly have never felt such nasty energy,
I called a head because I have morning sickness and wanted to see if I needed to make an appointment or I could come in the next few hours.
My friend (who said we should try this place) and I arrive an hour and a half after she told me to just walk in.
The receptionist walks backs to where she is clearly doing nails so I don’t mind waiting BUT this woman said “well she said an hour so that is past and gonna have to wait tf” ???? I couldn’t believe it I even told my friend her hair was pretty before she said that! And than after her and her coworkers whisper and laugh this girl said “I really don’t have to take care of them:
If I could give negative stats I would. You don’t know what people are going through and this was disgusting, you ladies need help.
I got dip powder done on Saturday 3/4 and the next day they started cracking. I had to ask her to take down my cuticles, which she did and then proceeded to put oil on my mail before dipping them. I’m not a nail tech but I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t put oil on a nail before you apply the powder. On 3/8 I called and complained because the “polish” was coming off in chunks. The language barrier makes things difficult. She tried to schedule an appointment for this Saturday when I was telling her I was already in and received a service and it’s terrible. When I told her I wanted my money back she hung up on me. Terrible service, terrible work. Do not go here. Save your time and money.
I will never recommend this salon to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. I sat down and told the woman what length I wanted and the design. She started by trimming my cuticles and as soon as she was done, the woman doing someone’s pedicure came and grabbed the same tool she had just used on my nails and went to work on the woman’s foot. Didn’t wipe it off or sanitize it or anything. All of my nails are different lengths, they’re bulky and thick and the polish was still wet after curing. There was wet polish underneath 8 out of 10 nails that stained the shirt I was wearing. The design was smeared when she put the top coat on. There is paint on my fingers and the polish is still sticky from where it was not cured. Do not ever go here!
I’m not one to write a bad review but I’m so upset. I got a pedicure YESTERDAY, and my nail polish has already chipped! It was a $48 Gel Pedicure and it was completely worthless, im gonna have to get it fixed today and of course they’re not gonna refund or offer to fix it, nor would I let them do it again.
I went to get a full set of acrylics. It took them an hour to take my old acrylic off (had my nails soaking in acetone). The lady refused to put acrylic back on my nails, insisting on dip powder. This is what they look like, absolutely terrible. I am going to have to go somewhere else to get them redone. If I could give zero stars, I would.
They are awful. She didn't use the colors i asked for. Each nail is shaped differently. The acrylic is NOT even, nor is it close to it. She cut me 3 times as well. I would not recommend coming here.
According to this page, the salon is open at 10am on Fridays. Today is Friday, it's1036am. I just left the salon because I was told while signing in, planning to wait, they couldn't give me a manicure. No explanation, no "it will be a few minutes", just a "we cant give you a manicure". There were 2 people working and they were each doing a pedicure when I arrived. I've had several manicures there in the past and they do a decent job but I was confused by the lack of customer service this morning. These types of nail salons are everywhere so I doubt I will choose to spend any money at this place again.
There is only 2 people who work here now currently and she did terrible this past Sunday 2-19
They nail broke off by Tuesday morning. Literally nails last a week and half to two not 2 days.. I’m so disappointed I don’t have the heat to request my money back but I went be returning
