My husband currently works here. My husband is an amazing mechanic. Probably the BEST one I know by far. He definitely has his specialties (older Chevy's) so if you're needing older cars and especially old Chevy's ask for Travis to do your car!

Had an ignition coil changed there a few months back. Within a month I was on youtube figuring out how to change my own coils because my car was stuttering. They used an ‘aftermarket’ coil that was not suited to my vehicle at all. And it was loose! Overpriced the coil and labor by a good bit considering I bought 4 new factory coils for the price of one of theirs. Wasn’t even going to leave a review but today I have watched them charge $1200 for 4 rotors to my coworker. No labor included, just claiming the rotors are $300 a piece. Stay away from Cassady if you want work you can trust at a reasonable cost. In short- price gougers who suck at their jobs.

Cassady Auto has worked on my vehicles for the past 3 1/2 years. My only issue is the lack of speed in some service work and that mainly centered around either getting the parts or diagnosing. They have replaced my steering column, replaced my computer system, diagnosed engine startup issues, and routine work. All work has been top notch and I have not had to take my vehicles back for bad repairs. Vehicles serviced Toyota Matrix, F-150, and Mini Cooper.

Bill Cassidy is a fantastic mechanic. He is honest and reliable.I ran out of gas before calling him I had put about 5 gallons in it but it wouldn't start so thinking the fuel pump had went out I had my truck towed to his shop. When I went by the next day Bill informed me that it started right up and that he checked it out and everything was fine. I paid for the tow and drove away. I know several other mechanics that would have charged me 5 times what I paid and I would have been none the wiser. I will never go anywhere else to have any repairs done.

My car died on me at Burger King,,across from 2 repair shops that couldn't/ wouldn't help me get my car to them. Long story short I was able to contact Cassady Auto Works. They towed my car to their repair shop and did a wonderful repair job to my '03 Cadillaccts. I love the way my car run and perform after these guys replaced my starter and replaced my drive shaft. Good job guys,,thank u!!

Took my vehicle there to see what was wrong with the a/c. First trip was a diagnosis what could be wrong. They said was completely out of freon and had to lie to the car what the outside temp was because the compressor wouldn't come on. Told take it home bring back in a couple of days to let dye run through. Second trip kept close to a month, said mechanic was trying to figure out what was wrong by you tubing and googling ( that's stuff I do not a mechanic) picked up took to Nissan in Shelbyville after 10 minutes of it being there they said compressor was bad and the was no way he could have put freon in since the compressor wasn't engaging. I would not recommend this place at all.
