Lots of Indian vendors with many interesting varieties of items to see or buy.
Sad to say, the weather was cruel to walk around but still interesting to be there to see it in person.
This place is horrible. I came a long way from home & for the first time and I was discriminated for my Age. They said that I looked too young. I had forgotten my ID at home and told them that I can show proof through my phone. But they refused to let me prove it to them. Three of my friends in my party was let in without an identification needed. But they still didn’t let me in. This is what Ageism is because I felt discriminated for my age. They said I looked too young, I said I can prove it with my phone, a photo of my I.D. In it and I show them my ring, proof that I’m married. They showed no remorse and I really felt discriminated and rejected because of my age. I would like to sue this casino for Ageism. So I do not recommend this place at all.
Ate at Pescado soup and sushi restaurant
very convenient drive. the buffet is very good, quite a large selection. the bar is also decent, they make a very good martini. the only reason i didn’t give 5 stars because there are no craps tables. i’d be fine if there were Indian style craps, but there were none. other than that, a very nice place to gamble for a bit.
Not only did i not win anything like everyone else in there but when i went to leave some pos stole the helmet off my motorcycle. I had to ride back to riverside without a helmet on. I must say that the security guard that did the report was really understanding, all around good guy but everyone else didn't seem to care. ???? won't be going back there anymore.
Supervisor in charge of hotel reservations Matt was extremely professional and accommodating. Our original Room had bio hazardous waste which concluded housekeeping had not done a satisfactory job. We were upgraded into a suite the next day on the 22nd floor. Matt made it so easy for us even though we had to run errands all day and let us keep our belongings safe inside. We came back hoping to TIP the man who helped us all day! Not sure who he was because we got different answers from everyone and no one seemed to want to hear of Matt’s professionalism! Morongo doesn’t let Managment take tips! Like it’s Covid! Y’all need to give this man a raise to compensate the lack of social reality that people who work hard should be rewarded! If the man who pushed my cart to my room gets an opportunity to earn tip money then your establishment should bend rules for the ones that deserve it! He was probably the best customer service rep we have ever had and he belongs in a 5 star establishment! We appreciate you Matt!!!!!
We been coming to Morongo for many years all the way back when they had only video machines in the old building. We tried all the other casinos including San Manuel and Pechanga but we kept going back to Morongo. Reason is simple. Always winning. Great quality games and super friendly staff. The hotel rooms are 50 percent bigger than the other hotels as well as bigger bathrooms. Many good dining choices. Less than 2 hours drive from Los Angeles. Plenty of parking. Better than Vegas.
Very nice alternative and convenient hotel and casino to go to during weekends instead of going to Vegas if you do not want to leave Southern California when you want to unwind and do not want to drive 4.5 hours to Vegas. The hotel is clean and nice foods as well and just near the hotel casino is a huge outlet mall where you can shop as well!
