Very rude man answers the phone. Said 45 mins and it was well over an hour. I called to ask how much longer and he caught an attitude and said listen here. Let me explaim something to you... It's going to be another 45 mins.

Don't give a estimate of 45 mins and not bother to call stating you will be longer. If there was one call ahead of me over an hour ago then whats the hold up. ? You forgot simple as that. Get a better system so people don't get skipped.

I use "4 Aces, d.b.a. Casino Cab". The dispatcher IS one of the drivers, and for a company who takes contracts to transport the handicapped, they only have ONE minivan. That van is NOT set aside for these handicapped contracts, not is it planned ahead for them. I've had to reschedule more than 1 doctor's appointment just bc that single van is not available. They should not be allowed to take these handicapped contracts at all!

Unit 70. Gray Pontiac. White Male. Bald headed. As unprofessional and unsafe as it gets. This person put not only our lives at risk by speeding, reckless driving, almost crashing two times and barely having control of the taxi because of his temper but he also put the public at risk as well. I have never seen such a terrible and angry person being allowed to drive passengers. I called to confront his manager but he answered the phone instead and was rude and insulting; claiming he had a schedule to keep which was the reason behind his horrible and dangerous driving. I'm sure my attorney, whom I'm going to hire later today, will have a different point of view when they watch the video and hear the audio recording of his driving.

I apologize I do not know the name of my cab driver that always picks me up. He never sounds like he enjoys but he does over the phone but once you get in the car with him he’s a lot of fun talk to. He’s funny and sweet. And he definitely deserves those tips. Definitely my favorite cab company. Highly recommended!

CALL IN HEAD OF TIME FOR TO GET PICK UP AT A CERTAIN TIME AND THEY NEVER ON TIME OR NEVER NEVER NEVER SO UP. SO IF YOU WANT A RIDE. I CALL CALL NO ANSWER BUT THEN CALL AGAIN THEN THE CALL WAS SHUT OFF. UBER IS BETTER AND CHEAPER. THIS CASINO CAB I BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.

Called for a ride and a price. The gentleman said it'd be about 45 min and told me the price. I called about half hour later after checking my bank account after cancelling the Lyft I order previous to the first call I made to casino cab and told the gentleman I needed to cancel my ride because I was a few dollars short. He picked me up anyways so I could go to work. Amazing people like this are hard to find. I didn't get his name but if he sees this. Thank you so much I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!
