Osanna did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. It looked amazing.
It’s a tiny, cute salon located right on burbank and Lincoln? I think I remember correctly.
Clean, friendly faces.
The thing I really liked about osanna was she didn’t push random conversation. Sometimes you wanna talk sometimes you don’t.
I would defiantly recommend her.

Horrible experience w stylist Erika! She destroyed my hair. Came in w long healthy hair asking for 1/2 inch off. She cut 4 inches off!! To make it worse its choppy uneven and the bottom is almost shaved short with the top longer? Please dint go gere unless u want your hair ruined for life!! Im so embarrassed and depressed from this haircut I cannot even sleep! I tried to get a hold of manager. No one answers phone. Then finally was told there is no manager and nothing i can do. They refunded my money but no amount of refund can fix the mess Erika made! I will now have to wear a wig for years until it grows out!!
Nanci O does a excellent job on my hair! Nanci is great with bleach! She does it perfect every time! I leave her salon loving my hair! She uses the best products & never damages my hair. She does a great job blow drying & styling too. Cashmere Salon is very classy & everyone is so nice. I won’t go anywhere else! I had a really hard time finding someone who does good color. I’ve paid people at other salons $200 to put highlights in my hair. Bleach is tricky many times they would break my hair off or it would be orange & I’d have to go back to have them try to fix it. They still wouldn’t get it right.
Devastated! Got my haircut by Erika and came here because of the fake good reviews. Please read yelp reviews on erika! She has damaged all hair shes touched. I too came with long hair ive been growing out since covid ( waist length) and asked for less than 1/2 inch off. She cut 4-5 inches! Didnt let me see back of hair!! Its choppy, uneven and all different lengths in back and top! I literally cried the whole way home! Report Erika to consumer affairs online if shes done this to u!! She should be banned from this occupation asap!!!
They seemed nice but they burned and over processed my hair. I now have hair uneven from breakage. They blamed me for having a baby 15 months ago. Yes, that sometimes changes our hair shaft but I've had single process and highlights done during the 15 months. I also read all the wonderful reviews which is why I went there without hesitation. I also went to another salon and they explained what happened, Melanie colored too close to my follicles changing the texture of my hair permanently to be frizzy even with straighteners.
I’m so grateful I found this salon! I’ve been butchered in the past so I’m always apprehensive about getting my hair done. I went to Cashmere, told them my story and they made me feel so comfortable and gave me a gorgeous cut and style! Thank you, Cashmere Hair Salon!!
I love my hair cut looks great and Melanie does an incredible work every one is very friendly and Megan kept giving some goody snacks to my daughter will definitely come back!
