Best WLM Reviews

Very good food, margaritas and other drinks where great and the customer service was amazing.
We came back on 3/29 and we had to change our review. The drinks are still good and greatly priced. This time we had a pozole and menudo both were not good and we approached the server just to let her know and we left the food intact. After a little while she came back saying the manager tasted the food and it was good. We were surprised by this and the manager never approached us to tell us anything not even a sorry you didn't like it or anything. We never wanted not to pay for the food we just were letting them know so they brought it to their attention. We had quesabirria and they were delicious. Along with a queso fundido. The server was great and very prompt with everything. I just wish the manager was more proactive and acknowledged when issues came out. That's the reason for the change to 3 stars.
We love to order the barbacoa con su consume to go. But the couple of times we have eaten at the restaurant, we have always received great service. Especially from the waiter “pinky”.
Amazing! The goat is A1! Highly recommend the cantarito! Service amazing! Decor is just on point with the menu! Coming back! Very happy customer!
We enjoyed this place so much. Everything was great, the food, the service, the atmosphere. We just loved it.
This place was so delicious! If you like well-cooked goat and lamb meat and Mexican food, then you need try this place~ Had their choriqueso appetizer and that was really nice too. Would definitely come here again :)
Barbacoa and Birria in Las Vegas...what?! ????
Not one of the reasons most visit Sin City, but if you're in town craving some Mexican other than tacos and enchiladas...give it a try!
Let's start with the joint...SUPER traditional spot with a lively rancho feel and atmosphere. Lots of lively color and music to set the tone!
Service is on point. Waiters are super friendly and attentive.
House specialty is the Barbacoa. Normally, I try the house specialty to see if they stand up to their advertisement, but this time, I was feeling the Birria, so we dove into that...
The birria did not disappoint ???? ????
Ordered a combination that comes with beans, rice, and salad. Portion was ok. Tbh, I expected more considering the price. But any more, and I would have had to be barreled out, so it was just right ????
Also ordered the Mango Margarita...a Def must try if margaritas are your thing.
The menu is decent and varied, which is great for repeat visits.
Price is a bit more relative to portions and overall experience, but then again, it is LV, so we deal with it.
On the downside, one of my beliefs is that any place that can't get the basics down correctly is usually not a good sign....
Case in point...Chips and Salsa. Doesn't get any more basic than that...it's a tone setter.
I've never tasted cardboard, but if I had it, it would probably taste better than the chips I was served. It was a bummer to begin with, but I remained positive.
That said, it definitely made a difference when it came to me ordering the guacamole. At $11 for guacamole, I couldn't even imagine having guacamole on cardboard, so that was a hard no for me. Maybe it was me, but you have been warned...see for yourself ????????
All in all, Casa Tlaquepaque was a decent experience and a change away from the norm in Vegas, which was good.
So check it out! It may just be your type of joint!
Enjoy!
Awesome fun experience. Great food!
We got there today and no one sat us down, even tho it says on the door, “please wait to be seated” the lady just said, sit anywhere, we had to sit ourselves down. Took them another 7minutes for them to come to our table to see what we wanted to drink. 10mins later we got our drinks and proceeded to wait 25 MORE minutes before we were fed up. No one came to check on us. No one came to take our order. I got up paid for our drinks and left. With all due respect what happens in the kitchen or the orders aren’t the customers issue. Poor service.
