Best WLM Reviews
Always an amazing experience coming here. Me and my girlfriend ordered the Loaded Fajita Nachos, the House Special, and the Birria Tacos. Each dish was delicious in its own unique way. Those tacos just hit the right spot, will be coming back for them. 100% definitely recommend!
Even though I had an okay time at this establishment - the service was okay, but the food and drinks were good. I ate just about half my meal and asked for a togo container. Left a tip because I understand most servers get paid this way. I realized that I had left my togo while I was arrived back to my hotel (which is literally two minutes from the restaurant plaza). I called back in and I told them that I’d come back and pick it up and the manager said they threw it away (which I can understand). However, when I explained to her that I only ate less than half of my food and also left a tip, she insisted that they could do nothing. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. I’m not satisfied with the way that situation was handled because she was dismissive, and operated without any attempt for resolve to satisfy my dissatisfaction. I paid almost $50 for less than half of a meal and the tip that I left. I was not asking for a refund or another full meal - as a paying and tipping customer that was trying to be reasonable, I was met with a too bad so sad kind of response which did not make my business feel valued. Customer service is what makes people want to come back and I’m in town for work frequently but unfortunately I won’t be returning to here. If anyone else has an experience that’s not reasonably favorable from this establishment, I hope it gets handle with the customer experience in mind.
Don’t let the fact that it is in a strip mall fool you. We had a very good meal here and the place was very active when we went in. I had a burrito and the picky wife had 2 tacos and when she said they were good. Atmosphere is a little dated, but other than that it was an enjoyable dinner. I’d go back again if ever I’m that way again.
Victor got everything right, the food was just as we ordered and the To-Go meals were perfect. It's pretty much perfect every time we go.
We eat here every week but won't be back after tonight. We ordered dinner to go and it was all wrong. We asked for no guacamole. We got guacamole. We ordered a small cheese dip. Didn't get that at all. Called and spoke to manager and she didn't care at all. Worst customer service ever!
Absolutely hands down the most terrible food I've ever had. Disgusting, bland and terrible presentation. 5 stars because they know how to pour a proper drink. Didn't eat the food after 2 bites. No manager no concern at all. Drank my amazing drink paid and left. Lesson learned .
This place is incredible. I order the House Special every time I go. It’s just so tasty. Staff is always friendly and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
Food is always amazing and big portions!
