Went on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant seemed pretty dead. There were no instructions as to if we sat ourselves or needed to wait for seating. We decided to wait for someone to acknowledge us. We were seated after about 2 minutes of waiting. It appeared that they only had 2 servers that afternoon.
Our drink order was taken quickly. However, our food order was not. It took about 20 minutes for our food to come out. I only make a point in saying that because i read the menu and noticed their complimentary chip policy. The first 2 are free the rest are a $2.50. Meaning, the longer your food takes to come the more chips you consume, which could lead to extra charges if you don't read fine print.
Food: The food was authentic and pretty good. The shrimp for the tacos were big. The Especial Burrito was dreams come true. Its two meaty burritos seated on a bed of rice or beans (i picked rice) topped with lettuce, guac, sour cream, and a slice of tomato. The fajitas quesadilla was good too.
Always eat here when I go to Jacksonville. Went twice this trip. Tacos al Pastor were great. House sauce was very good. Quesadilla Rellenos was really good to. Fast, efficient, polite.
I really love this location. They are attentive,.food is flavorful, the prices are as stated in the menu. The salsa is always amazing. I'm looking forward to trying more items on their menu.

Finally had a chance to visit this establishment and we were very impressed. Jordan, our server, was fantastic. Very friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. You can tell he enjoys what he does and it shows.
The salsas were all excellent, some of the best we've had, and the food was all fresh and delicious.
We will definitely be returning here soon!
I rarely write about a server. Jordan, my server, is a rare breed. Attentive. Articulate. Personable. Friendly. Happy. Able to read the customer. Rarely do you find such young talent well beyond his years. He went above and beyond asking if I needed things before even asking for them. Gave me lemons and to-go cup before I opened my mouth. He could develop in the food industry as a manager/owner/chef at a top Michelin restaurant. The sky’s the limit. Please give him a promotion or managerial role. He’s got the spark.
The food on the other hand was middle of the road. I had the Texana Fajitas. No real punch spice-wise. Nice chips and salsa though.
The experience was pretty good. They were quite busy for a Wednesday evening, but the service was still decent. The atmosphere was moderate and not too loud. Overall, the food was good. Not amazing, but good. I didn’t love the bean burrito, which I found to be quite bland and disappointing. I also felt that the side of rice was pretty average and not fresh. Otherwise, the restaurant is fine.
Plenty of seating and great customer service. Nice music. Sports on two TVs. Nickelodeon on another. Chips and salsa once seated. A vegetarian selection on the menu as well.
