There's a few locations throughout Richmond. They are a pretty solid Mexican joint. My kids absolutely love Casa Grande. Service is typically pretty good and food is usually served fairly quickly. Pretty standard menu throughout I don't think anything really stands out or is exciting or different on the menu. Just very consistent with good quality Mexican food. They typically will have some sort of happy hour with the Margaritas which my wife enjoys. Can't go wrong with the place never had anything that was bad have eaten there for years. Dislocations pretty good size and with a bar. Do you want some good Mexican food don't think you can go wrong with this place.
Not sure if the older Hispanic woman was having a bad day or what but her service is horrible. She messed up a simple order of 2 chorizo taco and 2 carnita tacos and up charged it at that. We paid for it thinking she just added sides to find out she gave us 6 chorizo. Was rude to my wife while she was paying which she could have refused. And then proceed to give me attitude in Spanish talking what I assume to be “smack” to the gentleman beside me. Save your money go to “La Cabana”instead waaaay better service and food!
Sadly we start with 1 star penalty for a restaurant in a shopping center. Next star lost for a very mediocre Carnitas. A Mexican joint needs a great Carnitas . Spicy Margarita, was very good. Service was friendly and attentive.
So they are AMAZING!! I came in here today cus it was super cold outside, and just needed a quick water, and when they gave me my water they also gave me TWO hard shell beef tacos with lettuce, it was amazing and the sauce in the taco was really flavorful! I'm so appreciative! Everyone's constantly tidying up making it clean all around with beautiful music. 100/10
Casa Grande...located in a strip mall near Target was DELICIOUS!. While waiting for my takeout we sat at the bar had 1 margarita on the rocks. They also provide chips and salsa, Perfect. I ordered Tacos Carne Asada to go to share with my daughter. Oh my the flavor was on point, better than some of the high priced Mexican restaurants I have been to. My to go had 3 Tacos...rice & beans.. chips...salsa...very tasty. We will be back. Thank you. Oh and the service was GREAT!
Online ordering system said they were open until 10. I placed an order at 9:00 and it went through and charged my card. When I arrived, they were closed. I called the following day to get my money back and the employee who answered the phone was very rude and insisted it was all my fault and they wouldn’t give me my money back. Horrible business buyer beware
I got arroz con pollo and was so delicious ????, the portion also was a lot, the price is so affordable,
The staff are so friendly and they follow up with me if I need anything, also the snacks and the salsa are for free they served before the food, definitely recommend this place ????
I ordered Philly chicken quesadilla they. Gave me steak.. they charged 0.25 to go I don’t know for what . No fork no napkins called them 22 times going on voice mail
