Run by the kindest people - I forgot my wallet and only had Apple Pay and they gave me a quesadilla on the house today.

Absolutely amazing family owned spot: one of the best burritos in the area (Garlic Lime Steak is my choice) - also comes as a burrito bowl.

First time here. We stopped by for lunch. Both of us ordered a burrito plus a can of soda and water bottle (from Safeway). Total was $35. It’s cash only. The owner doesn’t carry much change and I feel like he expects you to leave the change as a tip.
The burrito itself wasn’t bad, taste was okay. However, the main reason for giving it less stars is because the burrito had very little meat/protein. It was mostly filled with rice and lettuce. The burrito is served with a side of tortilla yellow corn round chips. Also, the side salsa is not spicy at all. What I did appreciate was the outdoor seating area.

A little bit off the beaten path in Lafayette, Casa Gourmet throws down on specialty burritos. I got the Cajun chicken and shrimp and the thing was as big as my forearm.
Packed with black beans, rice, chicken, shrimp, lettuce, and salsa, it's unreal. The the Cajun flavor spices it up SO well. Order with a side of chips.
You're gonna finish the whole thing.
Always the best, Dave has a repor with his customers no other businesses have. I ask him for advise, talk about real "life" situations, and look forward to seeing him and eating at casa gourmet every time. Can't say enough good things about him or his food.
