Love this place! Friendly, Family owned, and great food for a great price. I love their enchilada sauce. It’s my favorite. I’m super sad someone said they didn’t like it. It’s my boys favorite as well.
My BF and I get food here almost every Friday. Sometimes we order to go and sometimes we eat in. Food is consistently good. The staff is friendly and good at what they do. The food is authentic and delicious
It's a small restaurant with a casual atmosphere. Plenty of parking in the back including an entrance to the restaurant. Right off Wells Road/ Hwy 118. But the important part is great fooand sevice! Highly recommend.
Amazing food and micheladas. Everything tasted so yummy and fresh, will definitely be making this a regular place to eat. Carnitas and asada both were great! Staff was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back and try something different.
My husband and I patronize this restaurant frequently. The food is usually really good and it's close to our home. Today I ordered a chili Verde burrito combo, and they made a mistake on the order and gave me some type of a shredded beef burrito which was not a combo. I called to notify them and asked how we could fix it, the woman that answered the phone told me she made a mistake and apologized, she then proceeded to tell me she could make me the combo for us to come back and get, but it would be extra because the combo is $15 and I only paid $12 for what I ordered. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous customer service. You mean I have to come back because you admittedly mixed up my order which I completely understand because you're human. But then you want to charge me the extra $3? I don't think so. Sorry this place has lost a customer. My husband's food was delicious, but just really bad customer service. I opted to just keep what I ordered and gave it to my husband for lunch. Sorry you lost a customer over $3. I won't be back, my husband is more forgiving. Also he tips at least 20%, every single time even though we are usually take out customers. Just ridiculous customer service ???? and to think this was my restaurant of choice post surgery.
Ordered the chile colorado, I expected the beef in a thick red sauce, theirs is a thin tomato sauce with green bell peppers and onions, came with choice of salad or soup, sitting is limited and parking can be an issue
First of all great people who run the place, because I came in early searching for a ATM. And the lady there helped me out directly. Then later on I came back to eat, I can definitely say this was one of the best Mexican food I have had. And all that for a qualitative price, really nice staff as well. Definitely going to be my go to place whenever I'm in Ventura.
PS: the girl that was serving me was really pretty too ????
