I really enjoyed my experience here, as soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted by the amazing employee. I was overwhelmed by the tasty menu luckily the employees helped me choose what to order. I ended up ordering a chicken burrito which was AMAZING. It was so flavorful & had the right amount of chicken, definitely the best burrito I have had in the area. I recommend you all to try their amazing food.
After new owners took over the food changed for the better. I had a chance to speak with the new owner, very nice guy and when I am in town I will go eat there again.
They serve rancid food - rancid beans, reheated rice, chicken that cooked next to raw chicken. Will be reporting to the California public health department. A threat to the community.

Food is not consistent !!! Some days it’s great and delicious other day’s it’s horrible can’t
Even eat it. They need to make it easier to order online and get better aguas frescas . The good experience I had was juicy chicken perfect rice and the creamy green salsa was delicious !! The bad experience I had was dry chicken with an odd flavor, what looked like old rice and the the beans tasted a little sour like when they are about to go bad. I wish they would be consistently good , cause when they’re good , they’re great !
Casa del pollo is the best chicken in town,delicious better than kfc,pollo dorado or pollo loco, they have a variety of food and plates as well and if you like Chabelas San Juan grade location has the most delicious Chabelas in town.
