Huge shout out to Hannah and John over at Caruso Collision Center. From the moment I called the shop and spoke to Hannah about repairing my vehicle they provided nothing but excellent service. Hannah was so polite and quick to get me scheduled for an appointment and John kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. They were always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Thank you both again - my car turned out great and looks brand new!

This is the third time that I have taken one of my vehicles for repair at this location. The first two were an amazing experience. This time around has been nothing but a horrendous experience. My vehicle was taken in for minor damage (at best) of my rear bumper from a fender bender. When I asked for a time frame in the beginning, they could not give me one. I was told it could take longer than a week or even a month and that I would receive a call after dropping off my vehicle the same day to give me a time frame of when it would be done. I never received the phone call. I then received a notification of when my vehicle would be done through an application that they use. When I went in, I was told my vehicle was not done and that they forgot to update the application to let me know.
One year ago I took in another one of my vehicles for rear bumper damage three times worse than my current damage and it was finished in two days. I was given an estimate by the repair person upfront and the repairs done were great.
This lack of service is unacceptable for any business. People need their vehicles to get around and taking over a week to repair minor bumper damage when it was done previously in two days is unacceptable.
Because of my previous experience, I recommended many people to this business. I even had two people tell me they took their car after I recommended it. I had other damage I wanted repaired but it looks like I will not be coming back here or recommending this business again. Whatever the reason, there is NO excuse for passing bad service to the customer.
I took my car in at 7 am this morning, granted I did not have an appointment since this was a slight emergency situation. It’s now 2:24 pm and my car still hasn’t been touched and may not be done today. I’m having the keyless panel replaced because it broke off in-two while I was driving on the 91 FWY last night. It popped off my door and split in half with wires hanging out. For a $193 part, I’m being quoted an estimate of over $500.
I really feel taken advantage of and will NEVER return to this dealership.
