I called in a ride for my patients the day before their appointment. I had all of the correct information in the system. The ride never showed up to get them. I called and spoke with the "manager/owner" to see where they were and she said that because they weren't able to contact my patient they didn't go because supposedly because of Covid-19 they have had a lot of no-shows. I know I had the correct phone number for our patient and she showed us the call log where nobody tried to contact her at all. She waited outside with her children and the little one got a stuffy nose because it was so cold outside. I asked if the company could still go get my patient and was told that they do not have a vehicle to accommodate them nearby. We now have to pay our hygienist to see no patients for the rest of the morning at no fault of the patient. My patient told my secretary she will never be using Carrying Hands again. I am livid.
Used this service 3 times over the last two months & was completely satisfied each time. The drivers were all friendly, efficient and above all, kind to me. Very willing to accommodate a special need that I had without making it seem as though they were Inconvenienced. They are definitely my "go to" guys for medical transport.
I'm a returning client with Caring Hands. No other company compares . clean cars , sanitized polite staff. My doctors office uses them also, highly recommend. I also have to remember Rochester weather and TRAFFIC but CARING HANDS GETS ME THERE ONTIME AND HOME SAFE.
This transportation sevice is awesome dispatch is a warm and charming young woman whom exspresses concern as far as willcalls and return rides upon entering vehicles u r greeted with warm hellos vehicles are always neat, clean and also spacious for more than one client and ♿ ...the drivers are very respectful. Kind charming and considerate as well they ring doorbells they knock on doors they have an app where you can pinpoint and locate your driver i mean come on people! What more can we ask for?I for one adore this cab company and i highly recommend u Get Onboard..

The cab driver threatened my friends life plus they say they pick up their people and don’t and get the insurance money.
Poor customer service had my kids and it was a 2 seat bus wanted my 6 year old to sit in front of the bus ND my daughter is in a car seat so I had to stand for the ride. Than got mad when I complained and left my kids and I never will I be getting service again poor black owned
