Waited 40 minutes for someone to come to my table and ask if I wanted a drink or a menu. There were four people in the bar. Worst service I have experienced, genuinely just a waste of time
Great location, staff is nice. Music is nice. Just an overall enjoyable spot for a few elements of relaxation in any otherwise busy life. They don't serve food.

Been a Los Gatos resident for 40 years.. tried to get a drink here tonight and was denied. It is currently 1:20 am. Supposed to be open until 2 and I only wanted one beer. What has become of my old town?

Great place awesome staff. Highly recommend.
For the most part a consistent, reasonably priced establishment. Tiffany during the days is awesome and welcoming, I've always had a good time at this place during the day shift. At night, I've had mixed experiences. Ray is really cool and it can get crowded so show up early if you want a guaranteed seat. Attracts a diverse, eclectic crowd. The one bartender Garrett is a total jerk and had something to prove, I refuse to go in there when hes working the bar.
