The curry goat and sorrel is delicious. They give really good sized portions, and the servers are always friendly. I live out of state, but when I come back to visit, I always go to Genne's if I'm craving Jamaican food!
The food is tremendous! Best Jamaican/Caribbean food in the area. Even worth a trip if you not close, but around the area
The experience was one to remember! I told my husband I was in the mood for some oxtails. On our way home from church I called up to Gennes and ordered. She said it would be ready when I arrive, and it was. It was a warm welcome from the beginning and Ms. Gennes said “is this your first time?” I said “Yes ma’am”. She said, “you’ll be back.” I said “Okay” and from the service down everything was Amazing. Thank you, my husband didn’t let me get a photo of his curry goat but he have it an A+.
The food was amazing. The people that worked there were so pleasant and welcoming. I really enjoyed it and I will definitely be back.
If you love Jamaican cuisine as much as I do you will enjoy the dishes here good prices and very friendly
Food was amazing!! Seasoned to perfection and plenty of it!! I am full, but can’t wait for my next plate! The ladies were super nice, and it was a wonderful experience!!

Oxtail is scrumptious!
They open at noon and will not serve it till its right.
But even if ya gotta wait...
It's worth every minute.
Good portion of food. The oxtail wasn’t really expensive but it could of stay in the pressure cooker just a little bit longer and just a little bit more browning but apart from that. The food was good though ????????
Update the oxtail was delicious. Well pressure cook and the color just right. It was so good I almost drank the gravey????
