Best WLM Reviews
HONEST, professional and prompt service every single time! I have been for inspections, oil changes, tires/rims, batteries, mechanical/electrical issues and whatever else I break on my vehicles. These guys are the BEST, Chet runs his business based on integrity and it shows!
I dropped my vehicle off on Monday April 22nd to have some work done. Picked it up on Tues and the key fob was broken. The person there tried to fix it but ended up making it worse, I tried to get it rectified when I picked it up but Chet was not there so I paid the amount i was told. So I was told to call Wednesday when Chet was there and when I did he was not there so I called hrs later and he still was not there. Now it is Thursday and I called and no one answered so I went up there and talked to the same person I walked to before and he said that he talked to Chet and was told he wasn't going to do anything. I talked to Chet and he was very unprofessional and was not willing to fix the key fob that was droken/damaged while in his possession. I will never go back to him and I encourage others to do the same cause when he is trying to get your money he is your BFF but if something isn't done right and you try to talk to him about it, he shows his true colors.
Been dealing with him for years especially with my foreign cars never no issues and he’s very understanding and will help with price…
I’ve been going here for well over 15 yrs. Prices are very reasonable, and they take the time to explain what is wrong and what all of my options are. Very honest and reliable.
These guys are the best in Rochester! If you are fortunate enough to have them look at and fix your troubled vehicle then you are lucky. If you want the best you need to take your car here - truly the best!! I’ve had several cars fixed here and I can’t trust anyone else with my family’s vehicles. They always make time for you and they are experts. They are always courteous and kind. They explain every detail of what they are doing. There are no secrets with theses guys. They treat you like family and that is so rare these days. I don’t care where you are located in Monroe county these are your people when it comes to fixing your cars. I can afford to go anywhere and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Chet, thank you!!!!
Chet is awesome my brother used to work for him I trust his judgement on all our vehicles
I went there to inspect my car. The gentleman named chat Hamann is super fast and super efficient and super confident as well on his actions. He just did the work within couple of minutes. I would recommend everyone to be there for all of your car troubles.
The mechanics are honest and friendly. Always some laughs to be had in the waiting room while picking your vehicle up from service. Chet keeps things real and will not tell you to keep a car if it is in bad shape, he won't try to sell you a bunch of work that you don't need. Love these guys. ????
