It's definitely one of the best restaurants in Merritt Island.
We've been here many, many times and have never been disappointed.
The food is always tasty and fresh. The waiters are attentive.
We usually had dinner here in the evening. It's pretty busy here in the evening.
But recently we came in a couple of times at lunchtime and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious lunches.
This Carrabba’s is a fantastic place to grab a reasonable lunch with reasonable portions. I ordered from the lunch menu and went with the pick your own trio. Excellent chicken soup, Parmesan ranch salad, and fettuccine Alfredo. The service here was excellent. Quick, attentive, and accurate. Great lunch spot!
Had a great time. Food was excellent. The server, Bree went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
We got a table as soon as we walked in, our beverages & appetizer in a timely manner. My food was fantastic! Cold and crispy ceaser sald with the perfect amount of dressing, generous serving of delicious calamari. The entrees served hot & taste fantastic! The staff was miserable, our server definitely didn't want to be there & we were able to hear all the frustration from the food expo, poor girl that dropped off our salads had tears in her eyes.
I had the best experience my server, Bree was absolutely wonderful and helped me pick the perfect dinner for my first time at Carrabas I loved every minute.
I really loved the Merritt Island location! The food was phenomenal, the service was top notch, and the atmosphere fit the Italian theme extremely well. The herbs and bread they bring to the table was delicious, and I loved how they have pourable jars of olive oil at the table for the herbs. They did a great job being creative when it came to that. Our waitress Victoria was very knowledgeable about all the options, and was very kind and inviting. She had a positive enthusiasm in her professionalism and I loved it whenever I picked a good choice she would say “Fabulous!” I would highly recommend this location if you’re in Merritt Island. Would definitely return!
Our waitress Bree was incredible, aside from the obvious flirting with my boyfriend, she was attentive, friendly and told us about all of the great deals!
Haven't been here for a while, but was craving some calamari- and they have the best. It was pretty busy at dinnertime, so couldn't get a seat at the bar. And also couldn't sit at the bar overlooking the kitchen either, because THEY DID AWAY WITH IT!!! ( Covid, the excuse of the century to do away with good service).
We loved sitting there and watching the cooks work their magic on the grill and in the skillets! Bring it back! Server also told us they no longer have a pizza oven either.
Our server was good, and so was the calamari, * tip - I shouldn't have to ask for a lemon wedge with a fish or seafood dish! Also love the bread with oil & herbs, yum!
