I think I came at an off time. The sweet pleasant waitress got our order wrong twice and served soup without giving us spoons. Other than that, the food was good and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable.
This restaurant and service deserves nothing less than 5 stars. I brought in a party of 12. Immediately upon arrival , we were warmly greeted by management and the owner. In addition to the excellence from management, our server and the remainder of serving staff was outstanding. They worked together to satisfy all of our requests in an efficient manner. The food was amazing. Well seasoned, and fresh. We all thoroughly enjoyed this experience and I would return any day.
Worked at Carrabba's 20 years ago. Met the guy that is now my boyfriend there. This was the first time we have been back to one on a date.
The food is almost as good as it was then. Some of the recipes have changed but not too much. Manager was super friendly and observant. Waiter was very attentive without being overbearing. 10/10. Can't wait to go back.
Atmosphere and service was great. We also enjoyed what we ordered. Salads were delicious. I love chicken piccata in general, and it was served different here (without angel hair pasta and less sauce)..
I came to Carrabbas tonight for my first time and I can say without a doubt I will be returning. I came alone so I decided to sit at the bar to have an appetizer and a drink. Upon my arrival to the bar I was greeted by friendly guests who seemed to be enjoying their food and drinks while laughing and engaging with the bartender. I sat down and was immediately noticed by the bartender who was quick to give me my menu and ask me what I was in mood for. Come to find out from the bartender it was happy hour; the food and drinks were at an affordable price! Taylor Kearny was the bartenders name and he was extremely helpful with explaining the menu. The food and drinks he recommended were absolutely delicious. If the service and atmosphere along with the food are always this good than I will be coming back. 10/10 would recommend again!
Great experience on vacation. The manager was very friendly and so was our waitress. They went above and beyond! I will return when I am back in town!
Carrabba's has been my favorite restaurant since about 2005 ish. It's always great. Best calamari you'll get anywhere, good spicy Sicilian chicken soup, and typically good pasta. This location left a lot to be desired. Their bread was fresh and delicious and the calamari was spot on. But the chicken soup was not like I remember over all these years, their ceaser salad was disappointing as well. The pasta we got was meh at best, some of the noodles were not cooked enough. Blend tasting. Not the quality you'd expect from Carrabba's. Staff was very friendly but the waitress didn't hear us correctly on a couple occasions that caused only minor hiccups at most. However, given the costs of things and the poor quality of food, we will not be returning to this location in the future.
5 stars for our server and the food. Came in two days in a row. Ordered a bunch of apps and our server was very friendly and fast. She has the coolest eyebrows in the place and rides motorcycles on top of being kickass at her job.
