We always have a good meal at Carrabba's. The service is always great and the atmosphere is always good. I love the lemon butter ie my chicken is covered lol.
The blackberry sangria is the bomb. This is one of our favorite places to eat.
This is the best Carraba’s my family has ever been to!!! From the kind host who welcomed us in when we came in an hour to close to the incredible service we shared from Elissa. Elissa was top notch. She treated us like we were royalty. It’s such a blessing to be treated with such great care. The food was spectacular as well. It was very fresh and the runners brought us our bread and appetizers without us even thinking about it —the service was that fast!!! Thank you for making our weekend so special. We will definitely be back to this location when we are in the mood for Carrabba’s ????
Nick was by far the best server we've had at this Carrabas in the five 5years we've come to this location. He was spot on with service and what a genuinely nice guy. The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. Hostess does need phone etiquette, but still a great call ahead, dine in and take out experience:) well be back again next month
Renovations make the place feel alive again although the service does not.
After ordering scotch, appetizers, and pricey entree’s I expected at least a slight increase in service.
It was very slow for a Friday, yet we were visited once for drinks, once more for entrees, then a third time trying to rush us asking if we needed boxes. The food tasted pretty good but service was rather poor. It seems being younger results in poor service dining out regardless of dropping $100 for two people. Luckily the bartender redeemed the night somewhat and was swift to fix an issue with my drinks. Likely won’t go again since employees would rather hide in the to-go section on their phones then tend to customers who spend. Still tipped 18%, do better.
Haven't been in a while, but now I remember how much I enjoyed this spot. My favorite is the chicken Bryan but their chicken Parmigiano is excellent.
Although the restaurant was packed when we arrived, we were seated right away and our server, Elissa, greeted us and took our drink order shortly after we arrived at our table. Elissa was very personable and attentive to our needs. It was an absolute pleasure having her as our server and we will definitely ask for her during our next visit.
From the moment you walk into the restaurant you get the feeling of being in a small town in Italy. Our server was attentive and helpful with menu selections. The does not disappoint. The hot bread dipped in the oil and spices to start off the meal with has no equal. We will for sure be returning for another meal.
My husband and I love this particular Carrabas. Staff is always friendly, food is always amazing. We especially appreciated the insight on gluten-free options from our waitress Elissa. There are actually more options than you can see on the menu. So if you are gluten-free too, she is the best person to ask for, as she is gluten-free herself!
