The food was tasty and hot. The waitress was very professional l, attentive, and customer friendly. The wait time was a bit long but was worth the wait.
My partner and I went to Carrabba's on a Saturday in April around 11:30am. We were seated right away and it was not busy. We were served bread and oil and ordered calamari as an appetizer. Our meals came with either soup or salad also. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We both ordered pasta dishes and I got their gluten-free noodles. It's really a hit-or-miss with gluten-free noodles, but these were delicious!! We were overall really impressed with everything! The wait staff were responsive and friendly as well. We had a great experience and cannot wait to return!
My wife, son and I visited on Mother's Day. They were very busy but also appeared fully staffed and were functioning very efficiently. Our wait for a table was less than expected. Our server, Reese V., informed us that due to a large number of catering and carry out orders, the kitchen was running at max capacity and our food might take a little longer than normal to come out, so that we wouldn't be surprised. She was very attentive during the time after we ordered and made sure to bring our bar items in a timely manner. Reese also gave us a couple of updates as to where our orders were in the queue. The food came out in less time than we expected and was fresh, hot, accurate and delicious. Throughout the meal Reese did a great job clearing dishes and glasses we were through with and checking on our needs and the quality of our food. The staff did a great job of handling a very heavy load. Our visit was enjoyable in every way.
Delicious and so worth a visit. This is my second visit and I have to say, Carrabba's is becoming one of my favorite restaurants in Richmond. The food is delicious, and the drinks never miss! How have I gone so long without ever dining here? And my, how I've been missing out! We did not have a reservation as we decided to stop by on a whim. It was busy! The hostess got our phone number and called us in about 15 minutes for our table. The service was absolutely top notch. I did not get our server's name and how I wish I had, because she was the absolute best. The kitchen was able to accommodate my allergy on the fly so we could enjoy dessert, which we usually don't have room for but boy, you'd be missing out if you don't try the cannoli cake! Starting off with the calamari, not overcooked or over breaded and definitely fresh, we knew we were in for a treat. Salads were out fast and equal in freshness and quality. I got the fettuccine carraba and substituted broccoli for the peas. A little light on the sauce to my liking, but I was able to get a side of the Alfredo! My husband got the chicken marsala and fries which were absolutely divine. Definitely worth a visit! And a job well done to this establishment, your team is doing an incredible job!
Blake has an excellent attitude. And great service. The White Russian was delightful. I have traveled and reviewed many restaurants and establishments. I would highly recommend Carrabba's to anybody visiting or passing through the Richmond and surrounding areas. Great customer service, smiles all around and a relaxing atmosphere. I don’t normally like chain restaurants but this place is consistently good. The people that work here are always friendly and it has a good atmosphere. It’s kid friendly as well and has plenty of tables and booths. I’ve enjoyed their pasta, chicken and steak dishes as well as desserts. Great place to bring the whole family and share dishes because the portions are generous.
Great for a date night !! Fully stocked bar.
