The food was great. But the best part of the whole meal was our server. Madison was amazing. Not only was she thorough and efficient, she was charming and funny. A pure delight. If you have the luck to get her section you will see your good fortune right away. One of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. Good job hiring her Carrabba’s and thanks for a wonderful dining experience Madison. I will add the food was really good as well.. I usually get one of the chicken dishes; Bryon or Pollo Rosa Maria, but today I got the Tuscan grilled sirloin. Perfectly cook and very tasty. My wife got the Mezzaluna Ravioli. Half moon ravioli with chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, Romano and spinach in a tomato cream sauce. She also love the blackberry sangria. Just a wonderful dining experience.
When Carrabba's had their own Delivery drivers you could count on their food being delivered hot.
No longer since contracting outside delivery services although only a 2 mile trek.
After the 2nd time of receiving cold delivered food and contacting the Manager, I received $40 in gift cards ( 1/2 of what I spent on ONE delivery)!
Wanting to prevent cold food, I went directly to the restaurant to order.
Nice surprise that they have a reasonable Happy Hour Menu with appetizers and great $7 Veg Foccaccia bites.
Placing my order prior to leaving to ensure the correct temp once home.
Hot it was yet Mahi was overcooked. Salmon OK but check out the double order(hardly) of Sautéed SPINACH SWIMMING IN OIL.
Sad to see this once constistent Chain keep plummeting in quantity and quality! They'll give the excuse they can no longer keep people. Might I suggest to pay wages that will retain customers and warrant their current overpriced menu.

The wine dinner at Carrabba's was a delightful and memorable experience. Our server, Blaze, was a true professional - attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the evening. Blaze's friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the dining experience truly enjoyable, as she expertly answered all of our questions about the wine pairings and menu items.
The manager, Sam, was also a wonderful host, making a point to check in on each table and ensure that everyone was satisfied with their meal and the overall event. Sam's warm and welcoming presence, combined with Blaze's excellent service, contributed greatly to the success of the wine dinner. I would highly recommend this event to anyone looking for a sophisticated and enjoyable wine-pairing experience.
Our server Skwak was amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous...food was great, and Manager Nisha was very responsive to our feedback...we will continue to dine here for years to come...
We came to Florida from Hungary to visit family. Frankly saying this place has even better lasagne than the one I had in Rome and the lentil soup is amazing too!!! Our waitress (her name is Hannah) was super super kind, definitely the perfect host for us! Thank you so much, we had a great time!
Careful, check your takeout, tonight I ordered LINGUINE PRIMAVERA with shrimp. Just got home, I've got what looks like chicken Alfredo or something. I'm 35 minutes away, so I'm not going back for my correct order. Take out here is usually ALWAYS WRONG. I should have checked the food before I left. Whatever this is, it's not edible. $20+ into the garbage, it's a soggy chunck of mush in a very gritty white lumpy slime. It's my last time, this location is definitely not a good Carrabba's. ????
First time eating here. Went with my husband and friends. I can honestly say it was the most amazing customer experience. From our server Nelsha being so attentive and friendly and the owner and manager checking in with us to ensure we were happy. You can tell that the staff have received personal training as it reflects in the excellent service. Thank you for a positive and enjoyable meal and experience. We will return!!
It is by far the best Carrabba's in Tampa Bay. Claudia, Jason and the other young lady at the bar are so friendly and accommodating. The kitchen staff is top notch, they have been there so long and are so professional. Chase is a great server, as are the rest of them.
The atmosphere at this Carrabba's is very friendly and non "corporate" attitude.
I recommend this Carrabba's very much. I have tried a couple of other locations, and there are even couples who drive all the way from Indian Rocks to come to this one.
