Had the pleasure of being wated on by Ari and it was amazing. She made the perfect drinks and was very knowledgeable in the menu and recommended an amazing appetizer and especially entree. It was an absolute pleasure coming to eat here and I look foward to returning very soon. She made the visit an amazing one.
My group of 25 really enjoyed our time. The food was great and the service was excellent.
But when I entered the restaurant there were no friendly greeting. The front staff acted like we bothered them. Our waitress and Mandy did a great job serving and tending to our needs. We will return but please put someone with great customer service with some energy at the entrance.
I'm not much of a chain food person but we were looking for something that we knew would be good so we stopped in for a dinner.
We were greeted by a very nice hostess and seated immediately even though the location was very busy.
Our waiter Dillon greeted us quickly and with a nice demeanor. A nice welcome after a long day.
The meal was served promptly as was very well prepared with larger portions than I expected.
I can say without hesitation that this was a most pleasant surprise, and that we'll be back.
Visiting from out of town and wanted to go somewhere familiar. The kitchen was busy and our food came out cool. The manager, Rachel, made sure to quickly address the problem. We could hear Rachel encourage and direct her kitchen/serving staff. She was extremely professional… the picture of customer service ❤️
My fiance and I came to this place over two years for our first date. We decided to recreate our first date yesterday, so we went back. I tired the new filet and shrimp toscan, and it was okay. I probably wouldn't order it again. My fiance had the chicken marsala and he loved it. The customer service was great. The waiter took our picture with our poloraid camera for us to put in our date book. However, the true highlight of our meal was the dessert, which was the chocolate dream brownie. As someone who doesn't typically have a sweet tooth, I was pleasantly surprised by its taste. What made it truly exceptional was its perfect balance of sweetness, which wasn't overpowering, and its moist texture that melted in my mouth.
Server Bella took complete care of us. We never had to ask for anything she was there with whatever we were getting low on kept drinks topped off could not ask for better service
Isabella was outstanding beautiful beautiful lady tremendous attitude professional, was just wonderful, best waitress we've had for a long while!!!! Service outstanding!!!! Food was excellent wife had chicken and spinach ravioli excellent, I had grilled chicken okay, a little dry. Otherwise great evening! Isabella made it!!!!!
Food was good. Though I thought everything was really salty. Tomato basil soup is a winner. Service was horrible. Extremely slow. Waited ten minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink. Also the waitress had no personality and spoke very softly almost like a whisper. Never got any drink refills either, though I slurped loudly to get their attention. Nobody came over. It is ashamed the service was lousy because the food is pretty good.
