Best WLM Reviews
I would have posted a picture of my plate but it didn't make it too long. It's a little place with limited seating, there is outside seating available as well. We stopped in for the butter chicken that just got added to their menu. We'll go back again for tacos and burritos. It's gonna end up to be a great place to sample both Indian and Mexican dishes
Tacos are fire! Had the Asada (Steak) and Pastor (marinated pork) tacos and they were both fantastic. Owner is super nice and prices were very reasonable. There is a small lunch counter in the front if you want to eat in. Browse the ethnic groceries while you're waiting on your food. Would definitely stop back when I'm in the area again.
I ONLY GAVE 4of5 Because
This time I just turned around in their parking lot???? BUT I GO ON THE REG
AND
I have never bought anything there that I was disappointed with.
But I have often had to turn around n go back in for more cuz I already ate good portion or all of my food already
Good food has always been a good spot for some tacos meat was delicious and good nicely taco shell a little dry
The food has changed slightly recently, but still great! Smaller portions than before but still a good value & great taste! HIGHLY recommend the carne asada!
Seriously the best tacos you will ever have.
EDIT: used to be the best tacos youd ever have but unfortunately the old owners are gone and the new owners have raised the prices and lowered the quality. There's better places in Sturgis now.
Very good food good prices nice people
Tiny store and hot food place. Cashier and cook seemed to know a little English, but communication was fine. Steak burrito: good size; included jalapeños inside which was a nice surprise. Plenty of meat, not too greasy. I am guessing it's not skirt, like you'd find in the big cities. While generally tender, a couple of chewy pieces were in there. Overall, a tasty burrito .
Al Pastor tacos: good, lean meat, seasoned but not spicy. Good flavor as it was cooked with onions and then I chose the onions and cilantro topping, which was nicely fresh. This was not the glistening, saucy al pastor I love so much, but definitely decent. Recommended to try.
The red sauce was either really fresh, or something else was different from the standard guajillo red sauce. But it was good. Hot. But flavorful. The green tomatillo sauce was thick and tasty, with a bit of a tangy boost. Hot, but not like the red. Because it's milder, probably my favorite of the two.
This is a made to order place so expect 15 minutes for your food to be ready. Limitrd menu but enough to satisfy. I also had it to go, though there is a really small area for countertop dining in. I recommend this place especially considering its location in a small town.
